[Feds] Run for Congress!

Greetings Feds! Now that another PP term has started under Melissa Rose, it is time for Congress sign ups. All interested candidates (and if you're reading this, you should be interested!) please fill out this form. Also be sure to run for Congress in-game on the "My Party" screen. It's important that you are located in a core eUS region (one of the 50 states) when you click "Run for Congress".
