[FBI] Audit results / Evaluationsergebnisse

Day 2,399, 11:40 Published in Germany Germany by Erste Hilfe

Beloved Germarkians,

as promised, I recently conducted an audit of the FBI (Federal Bread Institute), a program for feeding young germarkian players (levels 1-29), and I’d like to share the results with you, up for discussion.

The data used is a snapshot taken on the 4th of June, 2014. From the beginning of my FBI term until then (eDay 2170-2388, so about 7 months), the program supported 175 different players with a German or Danish citizenship. A total of 4,242,300 wellness was distributed, so the equivalent of about 420,000 Q5 food units.

We basically have 4 groups of people in the sample: Perma-banned players, dead players, players with level 30 and up and people below level 30. Here is the data, showing the number of players in the group plus the share and the total amount of distributed wellness:

As you can see, around 30% of all the wellness sent out (~1.25 millions) went to players that are now inactive, either dead or perma-banned. Assuming that every banned account was a multi account, we have a multi quota of 13% in the sample.

Two thirds of the wellness went to people who are still active & eligible for FBI support, and finally, we have 11 “graduates” who are still active, but Level 30 and higher and thus can’t receive FBI support anymore.

There are different ways to interpret the data, however. You can either see a “loss rate” of only ~30% (due to dead/banned players), which is a really decent quota in my opinion. Or, you realize that out of 106 players who aren’t in the program anymore, only 11 (10.4😵 really reached the level margin - the remaining 95 former recipients are either banned or dead by now.

I would like to opt for an optimistic perspective: If you, as a contributor to the program, donated 100 food units, 70 of those breads actually directly helped people that are still playing the game. I was expecting worse, to be honest.

As mentioned above, the results are up for discussion, I am happy to read what you think about the program, possible improvements to it, etc. - let me know.

Juni (eTag 2170-2388, also etwa 7 Monate).

Wie bereits erwähnt, sind Anmerkungen, Verbesserungsvorschläge etc. ausdrücklich gewünscht, also immer her damit.
