My name is Dave Gulya, I am a Federalist and I would appreciate your vote for Party President.

Let me begin by saying thank you to the Federalists that nominated me.

I suppose that this is the point at which I need to tell you what I plan to do with the Party for the next month.

But first, I was on IRC the other night when this little exchange happene😛

May not seem like much. But this is why I love the Feds! Even during a Campaign, when you are challenging the incumbent, we make time to be Proud and Horny!
And Feds!
I am absof*inglutely glad that I am a Fed!
But I do have a few ideas.

And I will reveal my choices for Department Heads in another article.

- I would like to see our Retention Director begin to contact Feds that we have not heard from recently. I’m talking about the Feds may have fallen off within the last couple of months. Those that had shown activity and just never came back. We should send them a message, just an update of what is currently going on in the Party and ask them to please come back. Ask them what they like about the Party and why they haven’t come back. I’m not talking about poaching players from other Parties.

- Another Retention idea I had is to come up with an activity that would be handled with the Fun Department. This could be a Fantasy Sports League, Football Squares or Super Bowl Picks.

- Those that are assigned to run Departments WILL be more accountable to the FPDB and to the Party. We need more communication and updates about what people are working on and increased activity within the Party. It needs to start from the top down.

- I would like our FBI Department to undergo a thorough review. I want to make sure we are doing everything we can to remain secure. I would like the FBI Director to review who has access and if they are assigned within their proper Access Level.

- Are we doing EVERYTHING we can to prepare future Congress members?
I’d like to run the Mock Congress again.
We have had many new people that have joined and some have expressed a desire to serve in Congress. I want them to be ready and to remain interested as they gain experience within the Party for when their time comes to serve in Congress.

- I would like the Recruitment Director to give us regular reports of activity within that Department. I’d like to know and would like the Leadership to know when we are up some numbers or down some numbers. If we are down, is it because the members have eDied? Have they moved to another Party? I’d like to see Recruiting become more active in the Media on their own.
