1| Why Dave & Not Oblige

The reason is simple, although yes Oblige is a very experienced former President and I don't think of him as a member of the "Elite" I do want to see new faces in high office and that is simply what it came down to more then anything else. I respect Oblige for all he has, is and will do for our country and community but I just would like to see someone new but experienced in his own right on top.

2| My Experience with Dave as a Boss

Dave was recently the Director of the Census Bureau ( 2nd of 3 ) and I worked for him for the time he was there, I do believe he was quite active and even though he was going through some changes and discussions of the future he always operated the department with integrity and enthusiasm.

He was highly active and very encouraging and made me want do to more. For example he respectfully drove me to where I would happily work straight threw my 10 hour break just so I could get another Census Bureau article out.

Under his leadership we began making big changes with the department and took some risks. He personally put up the money for first contest we did. All in an all I would say having him as Country President would be a huge benefit to our country and I believe a real change for the better would take place under his administration.

Now I can't expect him to fight for every member of his staff because as PoTUS there's no telling what will happen on a day to day basis and somethings are just more important at a moment then standing up for a newer player; ie an incoming attack.

However with just a commitment to stand up for the new guys and active people with ideas I will say he got my vote with that one. I know he may not be able to directly support someone but having the policy in place generally just makes the hope brighter.

So on November 5th I will be voting ...
