[DfA] Campaign roundup, rest of cabinet, now go

The last full piece of the Cabinet revolves around Domestic work. Education, Centrelink for new players, Recruitment. This is being led by Reximus. Why? Because he had an audacious plan and really wanted to carry it out. You’ll notice that there is an oddly familiar ring to what he does in Molly’s cabinet as well.

The focus is, as to be expected, new players. Education articles constantly updated and written so that they are found by new users and ready to be given by those who want to mento. Centrelink to help new players find mentors, supplies and help. Recruitment to help get new players. Reximus ambitiously wants to push 2-3 articles a week as well as trying to restart the old eAustralian University. If past experience is any sign it won’t be easy but I think Reximus has the drive to do it. He will be supported by Education Bad Ass ronnyJnrJnr and former Indian CP/MoIA and current eAussie RD1234 as well as hopefully Vyrinn*, Arcaian* and others who have done some great work already.

Last but not least

The rest of the team is rounded out by a group that has smaller departments but are not smaller in importance. As Minister without Portfolio (acting as MoI ) I have Binda33, her experience and activity will be valuable in many arenas. I am also waiting to hear back from Ranger Bob my other desired MwoP with an enormous amount of institutional knowledge. As Minister of Security and Immigration we have Arthur Cole and for Minister of Finance we have Venja. Both of them have proven time and time again to be able to do their crucial roles. I’d love to see others though who can join their department and learn from them (or perhaps teach them a couple tricks). Which leads us to:

YOU! Totally cheesy but we can still use a lot of help. If I win and you’re interested in helping please let me, or someone from the department you’re interested in (preferably) know. We need all of the help we can get!

End of the campaign

It’s that time now, the end of the campaign articles. If you have voted for me already, thank you, if you have considered me and decided to vote for Molly, thank you. We need good campaigns and candidates and I’m glad we had that here.

I’m an introverted, lawyerly, type person who knows exactly what he wants but likes to work with everyone, because that generally ends up letting him work his desires into the mix. Slow to anger but tough to stop when angry. One player told me a couple days ago that, while thinking about what Australia needs, he’d “gotten the impression that it needs someone that wants to work with others, but also stand firm on some things (when needed).”. I think I can be that person, I think that’s who I am in game and in real life and this is the month for it.
