Dear eDutch citizens,
A few moments ago, Northern Netherlands was successfully taken by us, thereby ending 'the execution part' of the NAP. First of all I would like to congratulate each player who won a medal or something related to that during the 4 battles we had.
Now, there is something I would like to say, I of course cannot deny that I have noticed some disagreement with the current treaty and why Hungary needs to stay here, I can understand that. Now, the reason why Hungary wants to stay here, is because they want an outpost.
I also do not like the fact we cannot have 4 regions, but we (me, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and some others) have done our best to get as much regions as possible during negotiations, I hope this will be appreciated. Of course we will keep in touch with the Hungarian government in the hope we can find a possibility to get our other core regions back again.
Also, I am very delighted to say that we are currently very busy with rewriting the articles and we have found someone who is capable of making new banners, we already have a sample seal marker. I personally hope to present new banners as soon as possible.

Since it's already out in the open, I don't understand why we are rolling over to let Hungary have an outpost to attack the UK. Perhaps UK isn't our ally anymore. I'm unaware since no one seems to be able to tell me who our allies actually are, but unless we are in some kind of plan to oust Hungary instead of letting them slam UK later on, it seems like betrayal to me. The most recent exchange and treaty seems to suggest we are rolling over to let them do whatever they want.
Perhaps someone could clarify?
The revised treaty has in no way made it easier for Hungary to attack the UK. They had and still have Southern NL, which borders the UK.
Them having Eastern NL instead of Western NL has no significant consequences for attacking any of our neighbours.
And like I said in the other article: If Hungary wants to have an outpost here, which is something their stay suggests, we are not in a position to stop them.
If the UK wants to get them out of the neighbourhood, they'd need to help us.
And probably the UK does not help us, as that would be interpreted as a declaration of war against Hungary. So it seems both Hungary and the UK want to keep the status quo.
