[CP] The Ministry of Silence Opens

I would like to announce that the new Ministry Of Silence (MoS) has now opened.

I, at a ceremony today, welcomed Minister Viktor Kurgan to his new office.
The Minister's cavalcade journeyed through the streets and lanes of eIreland to arrive at his Ministry buildings.

Prior to arriving the Minister the Minister and his team marched up the causeway to his office receiving a rousing reception from his admiring fans.

On assuming of his role as Minister of Silence the Minister got down to work straight away.

MUFC, the intention of this article is humour; he does not wish to actually call people orcs, but he doesn't have a gif of Kurgan passing some orcs, so he has to make do with what is available, but it is also doing so to put it in comedic perspective.

You are right and it is how I intended it to be. However I did not realise how busy the first few day were going to be...I'm on top of it now and again I hope the report is out tonight.
