G'day Sheilas and Blokes!

Welcome to the month of madness that is the Resource Wars. While it's taken a little organizing, I think we now have a good strategy in place, and we're looking forward to scoring some good loot in the month ahead.

Cabinet (at least I think that's how you say it).

I've just finalised what I think is a strong, well seasoned cabinet for this month.

Defence

This will be the star of the month. MoD Pat McCrutch and dMoD Cody Caine are already busy getting a handle on things, and we've had an early win with grain - a 25% food bonus.

A group message with MU commanders is now in place, so please keep an eye on your MU shout box to make sure you're kicking towards the right goals. Sometimes we may want to push the bar, sometimes we may want to pull it back. Timing our domination point total for the right resource drops is crucial.

Foreign Affairs

MoFA Gueneo and dMoFA Callumh, will be assisting the DoD in running the Resource Wars - Gueneo led us very close to striking oil in one round.

DoFA will also be spending most of the month holding a national conversation on potential alternatives to Nebula, which the Senate has decided could be improved upon. This doesn't mean we will be turning our back on our long standing allies. We have many good friends from Nebula, as well as other alliances, and hopefully it will remain that way.

Finance

MoF Nathan Hill is the rookie of the team. I'll be helping him learn creative accounting, although things will be quiet here for the most part.

Later in the month, especially once our resources have been allocated, and the finer details of the upcoming changes are clear, we will start to look at how next month will shape up and what sort of economic settings we might need to put in place to make the best of the new system.

Entertainment and Education

Harry Paget Flashman and Henry the 8th. Will serve as MoEE and dMoEE in some order. Expect some light-hearted relaxation after those hard fought battles, and some of your questions about the big changes rolling out might even find answers.

Immigration

Finally, Stojke has been reconfirmed as the Head of ASIMO ASIO. The vote was close, APP, ADP and KHMC voted in favour, while the RSU and ARP voted against. Having only been in the job a few days, Stojke will now have time to prove himself in the role. I wish him well.

Fight hard, Fight smart, your virtual future depends on it.
