{CP} Introductions and Cabinet

G'day eAustralia.



First of all I would like to say Thank you to the people who put their trust in me to lead our fine nation once again. I know peoples opinion of me is divided, many want to string me up from an eTree, some would love to give me a one way plane ticket and others still invite me over for a cold beer at the end of the day.

No matter what you think, feel or want to do to me, we are all here as part of the eAustralia community. And so I ask for everyone to be level headed, try and work together to bridge the divide's, to help grow eAustralia and most importantly have some fun.

Soon you will see a range of newspapers coming out from the different government departments, some written by me, but hopefully most will be written by their Ministers and Dep's. But now onto the rest of the matters.




Outgoing CP

I would like to take the time to say Thank You to Ilene Dover. She was a first time CP, coming to lead a country that appeared to be falling apart. She took it all in her stride and worked her butt off in steering eAustralia back onto the road of success. Many of her idea's and programs bore fruit. And the successes of these will be felt for a long time.

I, like many others, hope to see her run again for CP in the near future.




Cabinet

As many might of seen already, the cabinet positions have been filled. I would like to welcome you to our March Cabinet:

Country President: Rusty D
Minister of Defence: Cody Caine
Minister of Foreign Affairs: Thedillpickl
Minister of Finance: T.A.X.S.I.R.A.
Minister of Education and Entertainment: Dirty Scarlet Silverbeard

Each of these ministers come from different in-game backgrounds, different MU's and political parties. But they are all here to try and make eAustralia a better place and to serve you, the public.

They will be assisted by deputies as well as other cabinet ministers and myself.



A brief look at each department

While each department will go into their own details later on via their newspapers, I want to speak to you about what they plan on doing over the next few days.

Department of Defence will be continuing with the DO's after a hiatus of 14 days. They will also be looking at doing a Weekly Summary of eAustralian Damage.

Department of Foreign Affiars will be sending out 'Congratulations' messages, looking at our upcoming MPP renewal's, the current eAustralia/eSouth Africa TW and a few new MPP's.

Department of Finance is in the process of looking at our current money, before coming up with a budget. Also they are looking into different programs to ensure growth, both or our net worth, but also of our citizens.

Department of Education and Entertainment is currently I discussions with many other nations, looking at taking part in a world wide comp, spearheaded by eIndia.




Congress

Soon the congress threads will be updated (currently holding out hope some friend requests will be accepted). While this will not be the only form of discussion, it will be one of the primary ones.

Also I plan on introducing a Code of Conduct for all congress members and cabinet ministers to abide by.
