[CP] Internal Organization - Head of Congress, Party Presidents and Congress

It's slightly sad that the citizens expect the Government to do everything and update them whilst they sit and contribute very little towards the countries progress.

So I propose re-enacting the HoC aka Head of Congress. The Head of Congress (HoC) was introduced several months back when Pakistan was at its glorious peak. Its a simple process that gets the top 5 parties involved in the affairs of the country.

Reason why we need this, is that congressmen are passing random laws without discussing with the government, although it is their right to do so, it hampers the governments abiity to plan and manage the country's affairs.

Going back to the HoC. The HoC is elected by congress and party presidents. Each congressmember has one vote and each Party President has one vote. Each party can propose an HoC or endorse another parties HoC and a voting is carried out accordingly with the winner becoming the liason between congress and the government.

So I invite all congress members and party members to register on our forums ( http://www.epakistan.org/forum ) so that we can elect an HoC and bring order to our legal affairs.

Voted!! I was wandering for a while why we don't elect HoC anymore 😛
So when would the HoC elections be held? and which irc channel would it be at?

hmm. I could do it if you want me to but there are only 11 days left for congress elections. it would take atleast 2-3 days to get everyone to present their candidates and vote on one so electing an HoC now won't prove to be very effective in my opinion.
Maybe wait till the next elections and we can get an HoC elected in the first few days of the new congress so he has a whole month of planning and implementing?
But that's just me opinion. You're the president so its your final decision.
