I am the owner of all orgs and its contents.
This is introduced so that he have freedom to use the money of the country for the country. Orgs are useless accounts and cant perform half of what the CP/dictator can. That usually means there is usually a lot of movement in and out of his own account to state orgs and from state orgs. If you guys did not DISRESPECT me by not following PROTOCOL and proper CHANNELS. I would have gone to the trouble of actually resurrecting all orgs.

Free'ing of regions

This was never promised by me. However i see now if we wait till the end of my term we can probably free all regions. Dont know what game mecahnics was at hand (NE would not be applicable as their not our NE) but anyway with far less damage than me you beat me in each round. So we will throw everything them hard at the end of the month. I may even hire Trico or someone like him to help with our damage.
