[CP] Canada's Week at War

This will be an update of the war over the past week why some decisions were made and a behind the scenes transparency of tactics and strategies.

The strategy was simple attack poland split there fronts to take pressure off USA and get France back on the map for congressionals. My term had started out slow so I was eager for a fight even against a superpower.

We attacked under the cover of european darkness to strike Pays de la Loire. With the help of Canadian tanks, Hired Mercenaries and co-ordianted allied MU's we were victorious.

Pouitou Charenes was a risky manuever that i wanted to try to catch poland off guard by striking them during there daytime our night. They would never expect upstart canada to strike at them then.

Hundreds of mercs were sent in to stem the tide until canadians woke up for battle and eventually claim victory.

It also started my coining the phrase "Fortune favours the Bold".

Day 3 we have a 2 territory european foothold and word is sent to the french to start a RW in Brittany to return to the map. Canada attacks Lower normandy to take pressure off US and french fronts. We fight hard But Poland takes no chances this time and names canada as priority to halt our advance.

Steps had to be taken now to stave off invasion now that we had lost iniative to Poland and during there primetime on there terms i didn't see us having a chance to win it back.



Enter Spain declaring a NE on Canada. I have 24hrs to develop a plan to halt a coming 2 front invasion of Canada's shores.

First foolhardy attempt was to RW Azores with Canadians and mercs to end the war before it even started. It fails.

French immediately start a RW in Pays de la Loire with my blessing that Canada will not defend. Poland acts to late and is forced to attack Pouitou Charenes instead of pays. We arm mercs and put up enough fight to make us worthy of priority before defeat and france wins RW closing our border with Poland and a possible 2 front invasion is averted.

Mission accomplished we got France on the map and successflly organized a tactical retreat protecting the homeland from Poland.

Spain in the meantime overruns Newfoundland through heavy defenses and wins a nail biter in overtime. It was a fight to the last man and NFL is nuked for 5 million influence 3 times and takes it down 84-81.

Spain opens an assault on Quebec during there national holiday a costly tactical error. I hire mercs to split there forces more by organizing a RW in NFL at the same time. Canada repels the attack on Quebec with Heavy french Tanking and we sweep through afterwards to take Newfoundland back in one day.

Immediatly after the victories mercs are hired to start a RW in Lisboa so Azores cannot be RW'd to block us.

We then launch an attack at Azores and after a 60-29 lead Spain wins 83-60 as Polish Bonus rich Aquitaine is USA priority for most of the alliance.

We now sit waitin for the day change assault that will be coming from Spain.

We've both won a round and bloodied each others noses in combat. Were now 2 fighters squared off with mutual respect waiting for round 3.



Take into account hundreds of thousands of CAD have been spent by myself and other members of the MDP to buy mercenary MU's. Thousands of tanks have also been distributed during the conflicts to mercs as well as canadians. It was the only way to level the playing field.

I would also like to thank the mercenary elites MU who has spent hours on our behalf at no charge arming mercs during the night when me and my team had to sleep. they did so outta respect for me and how well we had fought.

They had so much fun fighting in our battles some being the closest many have been in.
Our wins and losses and general conduct on the field of battle has won us respect by friends and foes alike.

There hasn't been a Spanish troll article since they realized Canadians don't bend over and we fight for whats ours.

The war isn't over yet and its going to get tougher as USA has signed non in game treaty with Poland for finacial bonuses they lost and already has a NAP in place with Spain.

There will be no saving blocks or our Bro's to the south charging to our rescue. They have deemed financial bonuses are there top priority and the rest of Terra is on hand to see that they get them.

USA sold out for bonuses and all that damage that was going at them will now be directed at there allies Canada, Russia and france faces a rewipe.

MPP's will not save us from the time zone diffrence in these battles and USA will have overall not enough help to provide for any of us.

Terra Divided we Fall......

I've made strong bonds during this war with Germany, Russia, French military HQ as well as Portugal. Canada will not forget your countries always leaving us as priority and working with us while we face off against the oppressors of Europe.

I would gladly throw myself into any fight for those countries during and after this war.
