(Contest) Fed Lucky Lotto

Hello folks its me dk3dknight, previous I had talked about our new national contest well here it is.

Edit: Since I got no entries this time im going to go ahead and move forward for next week.
Next Friday Dec 20 - Saturday Morning Dec 21 One Number will be generated using the Fun Departments Special Number Generator it will be a number between 1-99.

(This contest is open to those in the federalist party and is FREE, when winnings are paid, your current party will be checked (During ATO operations we will use a different system)

Each contestant will pick 5 numbers, they may do this twice, (so two sets of 5 numbers), every contestant will receive 10 dollars for doing just this (Will be payed alongside any additional winnings)

If your number is chosen you receive 50 dollars, if your number is chosen and is in the middle of one of your sets you win 500 dollars instead of 50. Note Your first and second set will not be combined to equal greater winnings the highest paying set will be the one we honor.

(Example Set 1: 1,2,3,4,5 Set 2: 2,3,5,4,1 Lucky Number 3 Would pay you 500 dollars plus 10 dollars for 510)

1. Can I choose the same numbers as someone else?
A. Yes in fact you can use the same entry as they did.

2. How much does the lotto cost?
A. FREE! No cost, in fact Plato has specified contests which you must pay to enter are against his rules. (I asked about rules for contests before I set this up, Note this is how the lucky lotto has always worked)

3. How is this different from a real lotto?
A. Its free and because only one number is the winner your choices are higher, since you get 10 chances at a single number.

4. But what if I change my mind on my answers?
A. That's okay you have till we are about to generate the numbers to change your guesses, when I generate the numbers I will announce the winning number only after I have written down all winners and amounts.

If you change your guess after that the winning I recorded before that will stand. (sorry guys I have to make sure nobody cheats 😛)

5. What is the catch?
A. None

6. Right, but what is the catch?
A. No Catch, the Fed Fun Department is paid for by kind donations so that we can pass it on to you 🙂

7. What if no one wins...???
A. Well first everyone wins 10 dollars regardless if your numbers are not chosen.. but on the rare chance that noones numbers are chosen we reserve the right to generate another number...
