Yes I am one of those, whose heart aches to see a land in ruins. I am not really back but I'm not really dead either. Would my presence make our beloved nation much stronger? Your comments will prove it.
All I will say for now is that I will have utmost respect for the one who does what everyone has failed to do. Get the elusive baby boom and I would rather pay YOU 10000 INR every 2 months as opposed to paying game admins who do squat for little nations.
