Wishes DO COME TRUE for Christmas!

Although many people don’t want anything material for Christmas, I do. Most of them wish for good luck, health, happiness, a good career and so on; some of them didn’t even thought about something that Santa might bring.

I did thought about something. Being a good and quite active e-citizen, I wanted an eRepublik T-shirt. Seeing one 4 or 5 months ago made me want it even more. After long months of waiting and dreaming, Santa brought me one. It’s great, and I want to thank the eRepublik team and especially Cristi Badea for keeping his word. He told me that this T-shirt might be the first one that is made in France, so I’m very proud about this!

This happened at our last eRepublik meeting from 2008. The game made it through it’s first full year, with ups and downs, with great things and good things. This major event needed a party, fun and joy. All of them took place last night, December 19th, 2008, Day 396 of the New World. We got together at Amsterdam Café, a very nice bar in the historical part of Bucharest. The presence was not that great, maybe due to the fact that the holiday stress got into them; but all was compensated by a live band with good music, a new location, newcomers to our meetings and lots of beer and wine.

One of the other things that I’m proud of is that I’ve managed to transform wine drinking from a trend into a fashion.
