My dear Japanese.

I am glad that we are progressing in our goal –to have united eJapan. First I want to say sorry to Nicolas.As I said my RL duties are the cause of my answer NO for you proposal to be member of government. But I want to give everyone a advice before RL “stops ” me in it.



CP
Nicolas many citizens complain that they can’t feel bond with their government. I hope that you will organize a “ ask your CP“ action. At least 2 time during a week you could answer the question and sugestions propose by Japanese. They can ask you in comments below your article and the questions can be answered as part of next article.

Questions must be short and precise. Not like-Can you tell us what will you do on MoD plan? More like –Are we going to fight soon? Or will we have MPP with new country ?



MOD
As a former MoD I know how hard it is to improve our military strength. I hope that you will find a way to organize a supply line for all MU.

Also a note-maybe its not so bad to find a way to help d1 or d2 active players to by parts of bazooka on discount (projectiles and scopes). Then d1 and d2 players can fire for us and don’t have a lot of prestige points or they can fire twice (by using their full energy and tanks plus combination of energy bars and bazookas.)



MoFA
We need MoFA on turbo power . I hope that we will avoid war on 2 fronts and keep for now NAP with RoC. And focus all our might on USA.

If player FREE AREA become new Cuban CP we will 99 % help from them in war with murika. So expect a call from him or his government.Also I hope that we have a French in eJapan government and that he will use all his power to include them also in war with states. And maybe we can improve our NAP with Taiwan (more regions,better conditions about diplomacy….)

Can we expect a ambassador system inside MoFA. For example-person from Scandinavia will have a talk with asgard countries. Japanese from Balkan can try with Balkan states. Spanish speaking citizens can partipate in improving our situation with s American or Spanish countries.Ambassadors can’t make a agreement without asking official cabinet first. When they have “ green light” from you or MoFA then can make a deal.



MoCH
I want more articles about Japanese culture. Can MoCH team return series of articles about Japanese language. I enjoyed in it . How about creating our one writening system (Japanese have a 3 system in use )
We could create NANBANA system (word nanban had ment a barbarian and European in medieval Nippon).

We can vote which mark will represent a combination of 2 or 3 letters. Any citizen can sugest a mark .

ニ - MU
ラ - RI
ス - KA

We can use also a code name for our regions like:
コ- SA
Saru ( monkey –a code name for region Kanto )
吉 – RU

When we decide a meaning of mark we will use it again in other words –example

ス - KA
秀 -MI

What will NANBANA bring to eJapan

a)We will have more contest from MoCH team

b) anyone can participate-so we can unite country even more

c) We can incorporate this system in MoD orders-so our enemies will not have a clue where will attack them until war or RW starts.

d) By using real marks from Japanese writening system we can improve our knowledge about RL Nippon



That’s some of ideas for OUR Japan. I hope that this is beginning of new eJapan.
