Why PCP is my All-time Favourite Party

Day 2,083, 09:54 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Zaphod Beeblebrox IV

I write this article as somebody who has been never toured parties and countries, and never seen how other countries do things. PCP always stands apart from the rest.

It was way over half a year ago that I joined PCP. Before joining, I barely saw them at all and liked their non-existent approach to politics. Losing members, refusing to support people outside the party with no incentive to join the party and no unique ideas being generated by the collective.

I eventually joined up, and found the party to have a lot less depth than it would seem on the outside. At the time this was a very inactive community. The forums were never in use, the IRC channel never had people around and more importantly, the party never stuck to it's core values - Everyone is equal.

PCP seemed like a party that catered for f*** all - the casual players who still want to progress within eRepublik. The new players who need the help of others to guide them and build their eRepublik careers. The experienced politicians who want to help the new citizens as much as possible, and everything inbetween. All were ignored.

The party has proved to be an shoddy 'training ground' for would-be CPs; 4 former members have already gone on to be CPs, and none use principles that started off from PCP.

A Model for Uselessness

-No policies
-No schemes
-No help to new players
-No support for experienced players
-No core community

This party has nothing, and started off with no ideas. It's a shame to see that it's starting to have a revival, but it will be back to inactiveness soon!

My Second Coming
(if you know what i mean 😉 )

So, I'm still at PCP. As many can see, the party has grown slightly over time to the point where we're now competing with four different parties just for fifth. The core is still in the party however; an inactive community, no policies and a desire to restore PCP to supreme dictatorship.

PCP remains two-faced through all of these ongoings in the eUK. We also form 'coalitions' that have swept the country in recent months, meaning we do give up on our stance for a cheap shot at power like so many others have done.

I don't bother too much with ePolitics anymore; even for people like me,PCP does not appeal. There's no community here, no chance to help people and some very unfriendly folk to help you out with nothing.
ESO needs helping hands if it's going to bring halfheartedness back to the eUK political scene once again; and who knows, maybe you'll be the next eUK CP with what you endure here? 🙂

Overall, I'd strongly recommend PCP for anybody looking to make a break in to 2-clicking, or even those just looking for a place to die. Consider this article my stamp of disapproval!
