eUK maybe needs IEPs to create a crisis in eIreland. However they don't need IEPs to buy guns from eIreland i think. But buying some IEPs and giving money to irish economy is good thing. Because market value of IEP will decrease fast if nobody buys IEPs from MM and government issues more IEPs
