Why?

Is everything so overpriced? While food, at least the lvl 2 food I deal with, has stayed pretty much the same everything else has gone ape. Nearly 10 bucks for weapons raws? 42-50 bucks for lvl-7 weaps? If we were at war sure but I'm not paying that much to fight fake wars. Hell even food raws are too expensive. Sure I could take advantage of this and make decent money off raws. I won't. If you all insist on keeping prices inflated at least come up with a way to help new citizens build businesses. Maybe a program that gets them at least a few raw resource companies started. Until then I'll continue investing in raws and try to move prices back to a reasonable level. It won't work but I'll try.
I dunno. Maybe I'm just cheap and complaining.
[Editors note: He's definitely cheap. He makes me sleep in the sheds attic... 🙁

Wages inflated upwards by 200 cc per work from an average of 300 to an average of 500 for the top paid jobs. This in turn saw an increase in the prices of products which have companies hire other players for work. Namely this is housing and Q7 weapons primarily.
In addition, Weapons Raw Materials sometimes have employees, which could increase those prices.
Anther potential is that there is an event coming up. Typically, weapon prices increase when Erepublik is about to have an event take place.
Finally, it should be noted that while the Canadian market has experiences increased prices, because of how the game's economy is set up, it has also effected the market price of all of these items world wide. The world price for Q7 weapons has increased from ~$40 - ~$50 and likewise, housing has also experienced such dramatic increases, therefore meaning that Canada is not actually being put to an economic disadvantage because of this.
Ahh that makes sense. It's still irritating though lol
Let me know if you want a job. Or if i can help in any way.
Thanks dude my job is good enough though. Just annoyed by the fact it's gotten harder to save up and expand my businesses. If this is going to be the new standard I'll just have to adapt.
~hyuu~
Wow. $550 wages! That's even more than some of the most generous eCanadians pay!
