which division uses the least money per kill?

does everyone kill generally in 1-4 hits per oppointent?

i am wondering which division would be the most effectitive to fund to get our kills of a nation to 5,397,456,512.

or which division would kill more per combat order.

i think a normal kill is 3hits for every division because you are matched against equal partners depending on your strength and rank (unlike in guerilla fight)

don't forget to limit the CO to your citizenship too -and not just the division- as country rewards are given depending on kills of their citizens

i do wish CO's could be set pay per kill or pay for damage, but i guess battle are won with damage not kills 🙁

But I could get Americans to kill more people and encourage them to do the mission! I need to spend one thousand to kill ten. And if I could pay ten per kill it would be cheaper or even oone per kill
