Whats in a CP?

I am sorry for my inactivity over the past week. I had sold my house in RL, bought a new one, and have moved house, and just got my internet back on last night, so I'm now back into it. So I would like to resume telling you all about my run for CP, what I can do for eAustralia, and how it can help you.
Chicks dig cats.
Firstly, it seems that unfortunately one of the main contenders, DocterDryMoist has been permabanned by admin, or fortunately depending on the reasons for it, but I am disappointed to not have a chance to run against Dis, as he certainly would have been a most worthy opponent.

I would like to take a leaf out of Dis's book at this point, and give you some dot points on what I hope to achieve in the coming term.
What should I do with a leaf in a book?
* Continue to gain regions, this will of course include continued talks with Chile, and continuing to build our relation of trust with each other.
* Host a referendum to establish the nations opinion on whether we would like to join CoT.
* Continue my work in advertising this game to try and induce a baby boom for our country.
* Establish open lines with all non PTO'd PP's, so that they may keep their Party members informed with what is happening. Communication is key to keeping everyone on the same page, and keeping everyone happy, and I intend to fulfill that requirement.
* I also intend to hold another poll, similar to that which I held a few months ago as Minister of Information, to collect opinions on various other subjects of what is happening around eOz right now.
Yay for eOz.
I think with all of these objectives, we can really move eAustralia forward, strengthen her, and have a real look at the future in this game.

Sincere question:
With the wolf at eAustralia's door regionally, say eAus 'decides' not to join CoT (considering it changes its mind every week who is to say where's the exact decision point), what will be its foreign position with regard to its traditional allies?
As CP I intend to host a referendum on whether eAus would like to join CoT. I dont think holding good relations or MPP's with our traditional allies, such as US, Brazil, South Africa, for example, should have any difference no matter what the result of that referendum. I believe we can still hold good diplomatic relations with our allies, both past and future, either way.
Without joining CoT, we are still apparently neutral. Although many have tried to claim we have been neutral for some time, we both know thats not true, we have been very pro-Eden the entire time I have been playing this game. So to shift our MPP's would bring us to a truly neutral state in any case, and we continue our good relations with countries that have been like brothers for quite some time.
I have stated in my previous article, that I am pro-CoT, so I will of course support the joining of that alliance, and put my vocal opinion out there to be heard. I can not dictate the result of a referendum though, that has to be up to the people.
What do I like most about this article (oh yes, there's a few things) is that you tell us HOW you intend to do these things. I like it.
I also firmly believe that most of aus will happily go pro-CoT (if not Apply to join CoT itself) with just a little communication about it.
