Wars in the States

Ok I am a proud american citizen and have been out of the game for a while with some RL issues. I was wondering what is this with Mexico? Is it a full out war because they are hitting back hard with there constant attacks on Texas.

Texas

Why we need to keep the great state of Texas!
1. It is one of only 4 oil regions.
2. It would open up our southern border with Mexico.
3. Their is plenty of history in the great state.
4. Why wouldn't we it's Texas man a state we have fought over since the begining of the Nation.

And now on to Republic of CHina (Taiwan)

Is this a war?

If it is can we win both at the same time?

I have reason to believe one of these is an actual war if not both. Why would the USA enter 2 practice wars at the same time? SO I say if Mexico is a practice war then we need to end it! and fight Taiwan!
