War for the Islands - Guerra por las islas

70 years after the allies landed in Normandy and 32 years after the war for the Falklands / Islas Malvinas, Argentina has decided to bring back warfare to the channel.

In what is believed to be a declaration of war, 10 Downing Street received a note stating "Hoy i siempre Argentinas" as is reported by the newly elected Party President of the UK "Unity Party".

A government spokesman of Argentina explained "If the Malvinas are annexed by the UK and we cannot regain them from the Uk, we will simply invade the UK. Should boost our tax income a bit... easy as that." whereas Downing Street commented "They might conquer the British Isles, they will never - and if I say never, I really mean never ever - gain the Falklands".

The UK Minister of Information stated, however "There are no Argentine troops in the UK" he continued with "and should they come we will hang those dogs at the walls of London".

It is yet unclear which position the Neighboring governments will assume in this conflict. The Scottish Minister of Foreign Affairs promised a sum of 10M CC to the first Nation successfully liberating Scotland from the British oppression - "be it Russia, Ireland, Argentina or somebody else".

The North Sea Protection Pact, however, seems to fail at its first challenge. While the Netherlands are engaged in Mexico it was Belgium which proposed to invade the UK as well - probably attracted by the Scotland bonus.
