Hello dear eThailand citizens!
I was thinking these days.. The v1 are coming.. And it's better for us share your knowledge about the v1.
Answer the question: What do you know about the v1?

The job market will be completely changed in V1. General Managers will now be able to post their offers on the market by selecting the salary that they are willing to pay to the new employees and the minimum skill level required for that specific position.
Citizens that are looking for a job, will only have to apply for the position and if they fulfill the skill requirements they automatically become an employee.
These modifications will help the new citizens to start their economical career faster and it will be much easier for them to find their first job in Erepublik. Also, it should make company owners life a lot easier.
V1 resources
We received interesting feedback from you concerning the country resources presented in the last Insider article. We have already made small modifications based on that feedback. Don’t forget that this is a work in progress that we will fine tune.
Aslo, keep in mind that we will add new types of raw materials after V1 launch and that the productivity of the manufacturing and constructions industries will have an equal value (1) in every region of Erepublik. So these industries will depend only on the human factor.
Citizens skill transfer to V1
Considering your suggestions about the skills transfer to V1, the manufacturing and construction skills of the citizens from the Beta version will take into consideration the sum of the working days in the industries from these two domains. This way, each day that citizens worked in Erepublik will be added to their skill level and nothing will be lost. For example if you have a 3.2 skill in Weapons and 2.9 in food, as you have worked 35 days, your manufacturing skill will be 3.95.

The Apocalypse is coming!
I don\'t think we really have any reason to complain about a lack of resources, and certainly not a lack of diamonds. Only 8/44 nations have diamonds... in fact 7/44 nations have nothing but grain, and 10/44 have only grain and wood. As to Rayong, 24/44 nations have at least one region with no resources. Honestly, we made out handsomely in terms of resource distribution... perhaps too handsomely, given our paltry size and military...
i didnt complian about what we have, i think we have much, thx god, but how i said, we have much, but we are very small compaired to our neighbors. And i complaint that one of our regions have nothing

About Company, it will be some region influence. I believe that an area that have Diamonds resource will be great to open a company there and start producing gifts, for example.
Antonio, probably the v1 will not have any Mayors.
And I\'ll be glad if the admins install a Second turn system in next Presidential Elections in V1. 🙂
