well you logged in perhaps they look to see if you don't log in for x number of days before actually deleting an account?

I confirmed that i wanted my account deleted, then they asked me not tol log in. I didnt log in again for months. Then when i checked if the account was deleted i noticed a ticket that asked me to confirm that my account should be deleted. I already had done that, and since they told me not to logg in i didnt see the new ticket🙂
