Introduction

A lot has changed in the last few months with regards to our Training Wars in Canada.

We have said good bye to Lithuania, Romania, Iran, Portugal, and Italy;
We have switched how the Poland Training War works, and;
We have agreed to new Training Wars with new Training War partners.

This article is meant to help clarify how the Training Wars are now operating. For the most up to date battle orders, please check the national feed and also refer to the BRAND NEW eCanada Battle Orders google document, which is updated throughout the day so that you can fight most effectively.

Definitions

Traditional Training War - a Traditional training war is one where the attacking country always wins the battle. In direct battles, where MPPs are active, the guest country will win. In resistance wars, where MPPS are not active, the host country will win. These types of battles typically use 3 or 4 regions.

Ping-Pong Training War - a Ping Pong training war is one where the defending country always wins the battle. There are no resistance wars. Whichever country attacks the other is the one that needs to lose the battle. These types of battles typically use 2 regions only.

Wars

Poland
This is the only Training War partner we have retained throughout the upheaval. This Training War is a traditional Training War. This means Poland wins all direct battles and Canada wins the Resistance Wars. It uses the regions of Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.

Turkey
This is a new Training War partner, brought in a few weeks ago. This Training War is a traditional Training War. This means Turkey wins all direct battles and Canada wins the Resistance Wars. It uses the regions of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

India
This is a new Training War partner, brought in about one week ago. This Training War is a ping pong Training War. This means India wins when we attack them and Canada wins when they attack us. India stays on Saskatchewan and attacks Northwest Territories. Canada will win whenever Northwest Territories is attacked and India wins whenever Saskatchewan is attacked. We are happy to be hosting India.

Cuba
This is a new Training War partner, brought in today. Cuba will land in British Columbia. This Training War is a ping pong Training War. This means Cuba wins when we attack them and Canada wins when they attack us. Cuba stays on British Columbia and attacks Yukon. Canada will win whenever Yukon is attacked and Cuba wins whenever British Columbia is attacked. We are very excited to be hosting Cuba, a fellow member country of our alliance Orion.
