Ticketing works, sort of

I don't know exactly why people keep complaining ticketing doesn't work. Maybe because it's a bit tricky to make your way through, I agree, but it does work.

What I did was refreshing with Ctrl+Shift+R, which clears the browser's cache for the current page (not the whole website). Although there's that error above, the ticket got submitted and I can see it in My tickets.

Until they fix it, use Ctrl+Shift+R if you bump into errors, with the exception of the pages that inform you of success, even if you also get errors. I hope this helps.
