The results of the investigation
Sinon
みなさん、こんにちは!
I have finally more or less concluded my investigation, with response from most of the Nebula HQ representatives.
After speaking with them, I have received confirmation that there were no discussions going on before the AS in Nebula HQ. As a matter of fact it apparently became a hindrance to some other plans that was being discussed, and parts of Nebula refused to participate in the AS, taking a neutral stance instead.
Additionally, I have been told that the main reason why Nebula HQ ended up approving the AS, was because they feared refusing to cooperate would make the current government choose to leave the alliance. In other words if the normal procedures had been followed, there's a slight chance that the majority of Nebula HQ would have been against the AS.
Despite this, both the current government and Nebula HQ have acted in violation to Nebulas principles as a defensive alliance. If a member-nation in Nebula attacks another nation, that would be their own decision and responsibility, and Nebula as a defensive alliance has no reason or right to get involved, as it would be considered an aggressive move from the entire alliance.
The government did not follow the procedures of information and discussion before the attack was launched. As such, this should have been considered a rogue-action from eJapan and eMontenegro, not an action by Nebula itself, and Nebula should have stayed neutral.
And with this, I hope that most questions related to Nebulas standing and what happened before the AS has been answered.
Yours truly,

Well, my investigations says something else.
Most of countries says YES and supported it with money for CO, tanks and fighters.
SOme stayed neutral but still fight for Japan and MNE.
That idea was old but it was delayed because Squirter failing DW.
I don't know what have you asks and who, but this is not true and i will try to deny it with proves.
And because of Hex presence we could't spread the news to every possible member of HQ.
Please, give Screen Shots of your investigation or else i will consider you as a liar.
Do i need to take print screens from Nebula messages ? Because i start posting them here, after that you will probably have to delete the article...
I just state what people told me. If you can prove otherwise, be my guest 🙂
'Print screen' as a term of already captured image does not exist, it's just a button, a command-line.
I take it you've meant screenshots, so I'd suggest you to do your homework before you try and act smart again sweetheart. x:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screenshot
How do you take screenshot without pressing print screen button, genius ? You are playing smart for no reason...but, hey...i`m already used to it...
That was just a friendly advice for our dear Mr. President to prevent him from appearing dull-witted. I wouldn't like having a scatterbrained president on here like our detested Nikolic in real life.
Also since your ignorance level is thrice your IQ, let me elucidate the matter.
You take a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen button or utilize any similiar command. In other words you can only use Print Screen to create a screenshot, but can't make any further use of it, therefore can't attach or show it (unless you'd like to show the actual 'Print Screen' button to someone, as in http://i.imgur.com/bfH4WkT.jpg ). However, you can show the product (result), aka 'screenshot', of previously mentioned process.
The more suitable sentence would be "Do I need to take a 'screenshot' (or screencap) from the Nebula messages?". Which would be somewhat improper as well, but you should be able to get my point as soon as your brain overcomes your ego and ignorance. Mwah 😘
@SoFresh
You are playing smart for no reason x 2
You spent a lot of time writing both comments explaining something that was clear from the beginning to anyone who ever used the mentioned button and seen standard keyboard and performed that action...
I won`t stop you wasting your time on unnecessary things ( like these 2 comments ) , but it`s funny how you haven`t been aware of it, with all your "wisdom"...just sayin`...
@sbk
There are comments from SG of Nebula just bellow, confirming actual and real side of the "story", in case you haven`t noticed and i know truth is sometimes painful but you have to deal with it...you can think whatever you want about me, or the government or anyone here...but when arguments are backed up with this much info and you still don`t believe it, that`s your problem...
We all know that you would only show what suits your case, not the whole truth.
So there is no need.

Please, Brigidd...no need for "dumb idiot" part...Sinon-chan probably talked to people that are mostly inactive in Nebula, wrong people, that`s why she got wrong info...i think this SS will clear lots of things, if not, more coming up :

Nebula's charter may state it is a defensive alliance, but that does not bars the HQs from supporting a campaign. As Secretary General I approved and supported the campaign. and that's that.
We've been told by the Japanese opposition that the current Japanese government is not happy in Nebula and that they even wanted to leave (which may be true) however talking from experience, the current government is satisfied at the moment and the only thing I see now is the current Japanese opposition trying to undermine Nebula's stability.
I don't exactly know what the intentions are...Had the HQs refused to support the campaign would be a reason for Japan to leave the alliance? perhaps. And you seem very sad that this was not the case, which leads me to believe that you wanted to see troubles between the current Japanese Government and Nebula HQs...
As allies, we are BOUND to help our allies, whether it is a defensive act of war or hostile. We do not play this game because of the "united nations" peace module (which does not exist lol) but to have fun.
IF the wording of the charter is the problem, then I'm going to propose an amendment which would cover all aspects of campaigns.
I just don't understand..why if we're in an alliance, shouldn't we support our friends? what do you prefer? we sitting here watching them lose or something? That's definitely not the model of this alliance.
OPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
MIRANDA UVALIO SINONKI TOPAAAAAAAAA!
Full support, mate 🙂 ..for this part, especially: ''I just don't understand..why if we're in an alliance, shouldn't we support our friends? what do you prefer? we sitting here watching them lose or something? That's definitely not the model of this alliance. ''
But, I dont think that eJapanese opposition will understand you, for them it was legitimate thing to fight against eJapan in this campaign, which is total act of madness, for my point of view.
If someone dont agree with some country acts, he/she don't have to fight on any side of that campaign, but if you love and respect your eCountry, I cant understand how you can shoot on your country..
For your information I'm not part of any side here... I decided to take a neutral stance and did so by being connected to both sides. I also never hit against eJapan, as I do agree to rather staying neutral than hit against (and I did hit FOR eJapan in the beginning) 🙂
Sinon, I know you didn't shoot against Japan, I didn't think on you when I wrote that. And you are not the only one who is not in DNP-TLS-CtG that didn't shoot on Japan, I know that too 🙂
Good to know! Just make sure you point that out clearly in the future, as people can misunderstand you otherwise 🙂
We always supported Nebula, and actually not we threatened it when it didn't benefit us.
We always supported Nebula...
But we hit against our own country because we are supporting Nebula.
I do not say that the member-countries can't support an allied attack. What I say is that Nebula itself should stand neutral then instead of officially supporting the AS, as that part is contradictive for its purpose.
You can't claim a defensive alliance to be defensive, if it attacks other nations without any provocation...
And by the way I was one of the HQs guys who replied to the investigation messages.
But you really shouldnt waste much time when the secretary general supports the campaign.
And also, something I did not include in any of my responses to this investigation, I was briefed regarding the joint montenegrin-japanese strike long before it'd even got to the supreme council thread.
Well, that would have been valuable information to add, though my point is that several people responded in a way where they sounded negative about not receiving information a while before the AS was launched, which is the reason of my quite negative conclusion.
sometimes i decide to keep some things to myself 😛 hahaa

Before any speculations, what I told to Sinon, and everyone else is what I knew. JP and MNE planned the AS last month, but I didn't know about this time, probably becasue I'm a blaclisted traitor or don't know what is the newest. Personally I never said anything about Nebula, they supported a member state that's it.
We opposed this AS, becasue it was pointless, and of course we are the problem even though Trico kicked their ass out of Belgium.
And those who fought for Belgium didn't fight against Japan, but against the PTOers which is always a pleasure. And actually I saw at least a dozen eSerbian, and several other (pro-)Asteria citizens fighting for Belgium.
They were fighting for CO...same dic*s as you...actually, there are no true alliances anymore...just set a FAT CO and you can beat any country...even Serbia... ( probably 50% of them will fight vs. Serbia if CO is huge )...
HEX probably dont know anything about scripts, and how do they work 🙂 Scripts are fighting mostly in D4..
Plot twist: they fought when there wasn't CO.
You are Hungarian PTOer.
I left DNP after a month. 😃
No, you are ssg PTOer.
Only true Japanese can call them self a true eJapanese.
We are all PTOers by your logic.
