The Most Critical Moment of the eIrish Revolution

It is a grim evening my dear eIrish comrades,
Recently our designated "Button Pusher", who swore to remain neutral and respect the democratic will of the people specifically those elected into office, has instead went beyond their mandate to try and forcibly halt the Revolution at hand. The reactionary forces of eIreland have now revealed themselves to the whole of the eIrish people as a small group of players who will stomp on democracy to maintain their political hegemony in government.
Sluagh ran for Country President on the mandate of abolishing the flawed Constitution and eliminating the Congress. He also specifically ran on the mandate of installing a social-military dictatorship. He won the election and, behold, the 'neutral' Button-Pusher decides to not be neutral. Who knew wielding absolute power could corrupt someone's judgement? Our Dictator, Nogin the Nog, claimed that she was eligible for the Dictator elections not too long ago, despite not living in eIreland for 6 consecutive months, by saying that the Constitution was being rewritten and wasn't being enforced but now apparently the Constitution is being enforced! (Click the hyperlink to view screenshots of the comments) So which is it Nogin; is it being enforced or not? If it is being enforced than you were ineligible for the Dictator election thus that would make me the rightful Dictator, if it isn't being enforced than you are acting as a tyrant who weaseled their way into power based on lies and deceit.
This is perhaps the most critical moment of our Revolution - the people of eIreland have spoken and the political elite have turned against them. Heed this warning Nogin: you have started a conflict in eIreland that can only end by you cooperating with the democratically elected Country President or the forceful removal of yourself from office. The people of eIreland clearly view this as an abuse, and blatant violation, of the power entrusted to you. The best thing you can do for yourself is to concede power to Sluagh...but we're pretty sure you won't.
A new Irish Revolutionary Front has emerged, it has grown significantly in the past few days, and we are the only party that is demanding genuine radical change eIreland. We are the vanguard of the eIrish Revolution, we are the established revolutionary political party who will bring about the radical social transformation of eIreland. Nogin has fulfilled her role in raising the consciousness of every eIrishwoman/man that we are living under a corrupt, suppressive, and undemocratic regime. The Irish Revolutionary Front embodies the progressive elements of our Revolution, we possess the most radical proposals on how to transform eIreland into a vibrant social hub of activity and community-building, and we are not afraid to challenge any government no matter how powerful.
Comrades, we must seize this opportunity and capitalize on it. The future of the eIrish Revolution depends on you! Will you fight to see the change that you voted for or will you simply let this be another abuse taken from the current establishment? We've been dealt many abuses these past four months, our nation has been squeezed by the grips of the ILP and their puppets for too long, now it is time to RISE UP and TAKE A STAND as a UNITED and ARMED REVOLUTIONARY FRONT! Join our party today, the party of radical Revolution!
Hail the eIrish Revolution!
Glóir don réabhlóid na hÉireann !!
The Irish Revolutionary Front demands another kind of politics, the politics of revolutionary social change. You can become a patriot too! Click on the link to join The Irish Revolutionary Front! Join the e-REVOLUTION!
Sincerely,
Comrade Cat

Cumann na mBan (Irish pronunciation: [ˈkʊmˠən̪ˠ n̪ˠə mˠan̪ˠ]; The Irishwomen's Council), abbreviated CnamB, is an Irish republican women's paramilitary organisation formed in Dublin on 2 April 1914, merging with and dissolving Inghinidhe na hÉireann, and in 1916 it became an auxiliary of the Irish Volunteers. Although it was otherwise an independent organisation, its executive was subordinate to that of the Volunteers.
your not wrong. this is a very critical moment.
Viva la revolucion!
Arm the peasants with pitchforks and torches!
Time to thrown up the barricades & THROW DOWN!!!!
What's the whole story, without the rhetoric?
A CP candidate, Sluagh, ran on a platform to become dictator. The "dictator" we chose to be a "button-pusher" only has refused to hand over powers to the elected Country President. In recent history this Dictator said the Constitution was void as it was still being rewritten, now saying the Constitution is being enforced. Essentially the old government doesn't want to give up power.
Ouch, that's sticky...
It might've been a good idea to get buy-in from the dictator beforehand. That ship has sailed though.
What's wrong with a return to democracy? If Austria and Australia can do it, why not Ireland?
"Sluagh ran for Country President on the mandate..."
This entire situation would be different if he would have gotten the votes that would have given him a clear mandate, but less than half the voters voted for that and it makes the situation all that more....toxic?
I meant to throw my party's endorsement for him but by the time I came back home from work on the 4th I wasn't allowed to. That would have given him 50%+. But I won't push that argument.
Cat's platform also promised to replace the old government system.
10votes. motion passes lol
getting rid of the old system is the rising topic in leadership platforms.😁
I still think Sluagh should have just run for Dictator. It would have been much easier to dismantle this system from above rather than try it from the inside.
up until nogin seized gov, dictator was a stripped down version with less rights than a congresman. if he'd won that election and then took power he would be violating the office.
instead he ran for the highest office in the land on a honest platform to replace the system and won. 4mnths ago the government voted that the community was not allowed to have a system changing referendum at all. They also said it was a breach of government confidentiality to inform the public that this had taken place.
Unfortunately he didn't seem to even include abolishing the Constitution in his platform, kind of ruins the clear mandate party line.
he did say that. seems you are going to lie about everything. ronisu people can read they can browse back to his articles. stop trying to water down the result with lie after lie. furthermore now we see you true spot here ilp lapdog how quaint.
Insult me all you like, he enumerated his Platform, it wasn't in it. He gave the 6 points, not there.
Ron, ^that's exactly the kind of semantic time-wasting that 1/2 your population are just plain done with, ok?
It's precisely why politics worldwide is in decline. Meanwhile MU's are getting bigger and more influential. Don't try to tell ppl they don't understand what they want.
To assume that every one of those votes understood and wanted the platform has already been disproven based on comments in articles. It cannot be a mandate, we should just run a referendum for a clear result.
the government you are defending voted against allowing a dictator referendum 4months ago, and made it illegal to tell the community that theyd done so.
do u understand why these folks will not listen to that doubletalk anymore?
its.over.
Ah Mike 😛
Good luck o7
