My beloved eIndia,
Employees in communes have been fired!
No more government dispatch!
No more weapons supply for any kind of wars!
No more regions for congress!
PS: This has nothing to do with the disastrous result of Airstrike on Peru, so keep reading!
If I do find any new players, I will help them as much as I can with weapons and food (with my own money). If you want to help out but are low on gold, let me know!
EDIT: This is directed to our congress. I hate pointing fingers directly. I have done it before and regretted it. Never deleted those articles, you can still see what I am talking about. We have a bunch of people who feel it is their right to be in congress because they have been playing for a while, without doing sh*t.
Otherwise, eIndia is officially dead!! I tried for more than 2 months to wake people up, didn't sleep until 3 AM for weeks, was on stupid IRC even from work, etc. No one forced me, I chose it. I am not blaming anyone for that. I thought we had a chance, so I tried but I was wrong.
For a very long time, I thought that we just lacked players. Recently, I have come to realize that it isn't actually true! We have a lot of zombies who 2-click everyday, read articles and if they see free stuff or gold for training ground upgrades, they jump right onto it.
However, despite repeated frantic attempts to get some people to do their part in dispatch and other things (takes 5-10 mins a day), I hardly got anyone.
So many people commented on my previous article with a lot of free stuff, not that many on previous ones!
Less than 10% people showed interest in what the article was actually meant for and only 1 person bothered to send me a message expressing his interest. Some people clearly said they want to do it for the CC on offer, which is fine! I had to do something like that because NO ONE volunteered to my previous request (without any reward ofc 😛
)
We all have busy lives and can't be on the game as much as some (like me 😛
). Even I won't be here all the time when my semester starts! However, spending 5 minutes extra to send a few food to a few people is not a big deal in my opinion, if you are logging in to 2-click anyways. That's what I am complaining about.
I HAVE TRIED AND CANNOT DO ANYTHING BY MYSELF! Henry and Vijay have been amazing friends and have been there whenever I needed them. Inasinghal, our youngest "mature" players has also been incredible. He got temp-banned for some reason today though. Thanks a lot guys!! But, 4 people cannot run a country here when some countries have 5k people. But, it would have been a different case if we didn't even have players! WE DO
So, I am closing all government functioning! We do not deserve a congress either, so I will try my best to keep us wiped for that. I have informed the congress that they can impeach me if they like for this (I will donate all the money to the treasury and it can be donated to a safe org. Rituraj won't have access if the congress doesn't want).
Also, I won't be wasting any more time for eIndia and will go somewhere else once I am impeached or my term ends (probably eChile, for our brothers who would probably value a friend much more than my Indian counterparts here do). The only reason I came back to the game was because after a long time, I saw someone (Real Steel 4) trying to make a difference. He failed and so did I, once again!
So, I don't know why all the people (not the real busy 2-clickers but the opportunistic ones) still play this game, when they don't want to do anything for their own eCountry.
I know this is just a game, but as me and my wonderful friend xordin talked about, it mirrors the real world in a virtual setting. It really does! Emotions are a part of it too. We all know that the game itself is boring, but I like many others play it for the friends we make/made here, at the same time hoping to have some fun and bring glory to our country on some random server in Europe! But again, emotions matter!
One last thing:
There are tears in my eyes whenever I see this message, I got this they day I was elected and I stare at it every single day. For those of you who don't know, Patanjali is a Romanian who loves India in real. That is why he has been playing for us since times immemorial. He probably loves it more than I do because he is still here!! And he isn't the only non-Indian we have or have had here working their ass off for eIndia's glory. But, oh well!! I will leave it upto you to feel how you would like about this one! I personally feel ashamed.

I would like to appreciate the efforts of our friends and allies to try to help us with the Airstrike plan which sadly failed. But your efforts mean a lot to me! I am really sorry for disappointing you all like this, but I am not leaving the game and I am not leaving Aurora alone 😛
I will be there, just not as an eIndian! You will always be in the hearts of the few eIndians who care about what happens, and if we ever get a babyboom, I will write our e-history so that Day 2456 and the epic Battle of Bihar is never forgotten!

Jude, I know and I feel terrible doing this. But, even if all of Aurora, Sirius, Root and Pacifica fight for us but we have 2-3 Indians fighting and actually working, 2 days later, we will be wiped again. And we cannot be priority #1 every single day, and why should we be? We do not deserve it. 🙁

Out of the 6 years old my account is, this is what I have done for about 3 years. Took me a veryy long time to realize that we are hopeless. 😶
eIndia has always had a small population, so with the game dying everywhere, it seems the smaller countries like eIndia are experiencing what this means first. More and more countries are going to start suffering this way, the only population will be 2clickers that show less and less interest in playing a boring game that seeks to profiteer to the max of its customers. Can't blame them tbh.
NFM, but the point is, they 2-click, read articles, comment on the ones that have incentives and then go back to sleep again. They never forget to contest for congress elections.
My frustration is not really at every single person we have but at the congress!
I can see that you are trying Hard to make eIndian Community Active but that never Worked and I don't think it will Work the only way is BB.
But I don't get it is it so Hard to Make a BB in a Country that is Second with Population in the World when there is a Country like Macedonia with 2M people that is one of the TOP countries in erep.In the Past Macedonia had about 4000 active players but now we are 1000 that is because we are a Small Nation.

If you want eIndia to be a Powerful Country you will need to Spend RL money there is nothing you can do from Ingame.I would suggest to you to Put AD(That is how I got in the Game)Also our Biggest Babyboom that on Macedonia was when Erep was Published in the News there was Massive Response on that.Try to Find some Newspaper that will make an Article about the Game make a Video about the Game that is Only way to make a better eIndia.Cause even Macedonia can't get back here 2clickers so don't hope on that try a BB!!
We have tried all of these ways except for newspaper articles. With a huge population, it would cost close to $1k to get even a 2 line ad in a major newspaper. We have tried online ads, etc.
And yes, we did have a huge populations but like other countries they left too.
Try to make Online Articles ask some journalists to Publish them it is not a Big Deal to do that I mean they aren't losing anything just getting more Readers on their Web page.And you can Share that Article with your Friends and if something is Published in an Newspaper it is more Likely people to Read it.That is all I can think of.
Well India, we never wanted to kill your community, we offered several times a coexistence and dont let eIndia just 2 or 3 regions but...you didnt want.
Things would be more easy for all stakeholders in the area.

Well someone has to take this forward.......You know very well this game and i dont see why ur leaving just because of the known problem to arise in these kind of games!!! Better if u have stayed and continued with ur adminstrative challenges and ideas......It should not be made even worse now by resigning.......

People quit these games, yes! We have had close to 500 people quit, which is not what my rant is for!
9/10 congressmen don't discuss proposals, dont propose anything like taxes, etc, don't volunteer for dispatch, but always remember th=o get their easy 5 gold medal.
That is not the eIndia I am playing for.
And, so many times I have had such thoughts but never really gave up because I could see a hope. Don't show me that hope again, I will e-collapse 😛

The sad fact is that this game is dying & it's not fun anymore BUT stay strong India bcs we'll try to help you as much as we can.

Anant, this article comes as no surprise to me as you know we have seen this for as long as the game has been around, you probably have taken too many roles on and micro managed everything as you have felt that you have little help, this has ultimately led to your downfall or failure as you call it.
Take a few days away, secure India's assets, work on the website we discussed and refresh your thoughts, your too heavily involved and I have no doubt the failed Chile A/S hurt you bad as it should as you want India to succeed and know that was a major dagger in our hearts.
As I say when you are at your lowest you have two options, quit or fight back stronger if it was real life I would encourage you to fight back but I do not know if such advice should be given for an online game however I do feel the final chapter has not been wrote yet.

Dave, mate I had to micromanage. Otherwise nothing that even did happen would have happened. It was my choice. My frustration is not because of that. Look at the congress thread. 🙂
I know what your saying mate I am just saying it probably has led to you burning out very quick as everything is on your shoulders.
You know I am on your side mate I just hope by talking about this the right outcome can be found for you more than India as I know how much you have put into making this work and deserved better from India.
I will be honest and say I am only commenting and active because of your drive and judging by the number of replies and comments I would say you are seeing things as a failure instead of looking at the positive impacts you have had, look at all the foreign relations that you have strengthened that is all down to your hard work and is priceless, yes we are on the wrong end of the battles right now but see the positives mate if possible.

Arun its not a hurried decision. There has not been 1 day in the past 2 months wjere I could see a bright future for eIndia but still I tried and kept trying. Ask vijay how many times I asked him to contest for CP. But tjere is a limit. I would love to give my 100% but not if its for shitheads. My philosophy is very clear.why do these people bother for regions and congress when all they want to do is comment only when something is wrong. We dont have 1.2 billion people here where a single voice cant be heard.
