The Black Pigeon + Return on war games

Day 643, 10:35 Published in Ireland Ireland by Damhnaic

After my first article, ( http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/war-games-1-907514/1/20 )
I think it would be time for a description of my paper and a few clarifications about my article of yesterday.

First, I would like to introduce The Black Pigeon, a paper based on neutrality that will be a place for " Open and honest debates on all issues " like expressed by Sean Power in " War games?". Like I did in my article about war games going on in Ireland, I will try to find a controversed subject and expose as much points of view i can find on people's newspaper or on the national forums. I also like to work with quotes because they are concrete and they can easily express writer's mind when they wrote it. I would like it to be a neutral point of view for every citizens of Ireland where they can get easily informed without having to read everyone. Also, it'll become a place where citizens could exposes their point of view about the subject of the day in comments so they can share it with everybody else. It would become a newspaper where everyone has could stand up and be listened because each one of us has his word to say and must be heard even if they don't always want or have the means to share it with other people. Every citizens of Ireland should build it's future togheter and not only a bunch of people who are elected.

As i conclude my paper introduction, I invite you, yes YOU, to send me a message about any subject they would like me to talk about in my paper, so when i'll have time I'll just pick one and start an article.

Secondly, i would like to comment on my article of yesterday. ( I'll try to do this at every article )

"We have a non-aggression pact with eUK and eFrance with severe gold penalties for a breach so invasion is unlikely." -Sean Power

Mr Power, I would first like to thank you for your nice comments, secondly when you talk about the non-aggression pact we've made with eUK and eFrance, I don't think a gold penality would stop them from invading Ireland because it would be considered by their governement as a war game with bonuses. They would pay some golds to attack Ireland and then would have an open war that would have all the bonuses of a war game plus new territories. It would just advantage them to break this pact.

Finaly to conclude my article, all my thanks to :
