This morning I calculated the prices of Q1-Q7 food on the eUK market. Due to this research I have discovered what the best food for value to money is; below are the results:
eUK market:
Q1:
0.5cc per 10 health, 5cc per 100 health.
Q2:
0.3cc per 10 health, 3cc per 100 health.
Q3:
0.3cc per 10 health, 3cc per 100 health.
Q4:
0.625cc per 10 health, 6.25cc per 100 health.
Q5:
0.35cc per 10 health, 3.5cc per 100 health.
Q6:
0.375cc per 10 health, 3.75cc per 100 health.
Q7:
0.66cc per 10 health, 6.6cc per 100 health.
As you can see the best value for money is Q2 or Q3 food, whereas the worst is Q7.

Best damage for money with tanks would be nice to see some time.
Damage is hard to calculate, you need to know how many hits and how much your budget is.
Price per hit is easy though:
Q1 0.21/hit
Q2 0.245/hit
Q3 0.3/hit
Q4 0.525/hit
Q5 0.78/hit
Q6 1.09/hit
Q7 1.68/hit
Calculating for 50 hits
Q1 gives 1000% for £10.50, or £10.5/1000%
Q2 gives 2000% for £12.25, or £6.125/1000%
Q3 gives 3000% for £15.00, or £5/1000%
Q4 gives 4000% for £26.25, or £6.56/1000%
Q5 gives 5000% for £39.00, or £7.8/1000%
Q6 gives 6000% for £54.50, or £9.08/1000%
Q7 gives 10,000% for £84.00, or £8.4/1000%
So Q3 is best, but interestingly Q7 is better than Q1 or Q6, so if any MUs are handing out q6s your members are best off selling them and buying a different quality.
