Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
Tim Proctor
I’ve received a great response, so far. I want to send thanks out there to the Mr. Hyphenated the Secretary of Media for the eUSA and Mr. Frank Zafka the Minister of Communications for the eCzech Republic. Both have been extremely willing to offer a hand and Mr. Hyphenated has actually spoke with the Secretary of Technology to see if we can get this ball rolling. While the Czech republic doesn’t have the pull or power of the eUSA, I hope this is one project of many to come that both countries can work towards.
I also want to send a special Thanks to Michael Porter and Benedict James . Both are running for Congress here and I suggest that everyone read their profiles and vote for them. I’ll touch more on the subject of Congressional Candidates here shortly.
While we have received a great amount of support for this project we still need more. We have 10,000 Newspapers to review and get an honest description for and break down into a category. I have an idea on how we are going to do this but need a lot of help doing it, like a 1,000 people’s help.
If you don’t have time to volunteer and help with this, that’s fine. Please at a minimum Vote/Sub this, if you have some gold we can also use Advertisements for this project.
Now back to the subject of Congressional Candidates, I received a mass PM from Sleeve about voting for him for Congress, I replied that if he helped me with this project he could count on my vote. He said he was a naysayer and it would never happen. I almost laughed myself out of my chair, I don’t want anyone in a leadership position if they don’t dare to push the envelop in what we can do. He’s the type of Congressmen that says ‘oh we can’t have a treaty with Pheonix’, ‘oh we can’t protect out allies’, etc.
Ronald Regean once said that America was too great a country to have small dreams. I believe that the eUSA is too great a Country to have ‘We can’t’ as a slogan.

Great initiative mate 🙂
Dude, to have a successful project you don't need to have an enemy. Don't make up things. I directed you to the eUS forums and tried to add some constructive criticism. It's a good idea, but I'm not familiar with the technical aspects that would be needed to do anything further with it.
"As varied and random as articles it would be hard to put em all together in a category. But then I may be a naysayer. People do lots with the API. And the sites that deal with battle damage and charts."
seriously dude?
you support an idiot like Benedict James then say shit about a great congressmen like Sleeve?
also, why would we want a treaty with phoenix?
I mean really, Sleeve has been a great congressmen and Deputy Whip, how you can insult him for giving you some criticism, i will never know, but I have lost any respect I had for you
easy, Doc, don't bust a gusset..
the kid's fairly new.. and this is just his third publication.
let him get a better footing on having out-da-box ideas and contrary opinions, etc., before writing him off completely.
Dr. Tango, I have no idea who you are (honestly), I've seen you on the Forums a couple times but that's about it. To be honest, I have no idea who Pheonix is other than the nemesis of EDEN, it was a point about thinking outside the box and being willing to push for something that seems difficult.
IMO, a leader would ask 'what can I do to help?', like Benedict James and Michael Porter did.
Sleeve just said, that it was going to suck, and didn't even wish good luck. IMO that's the same as saying it isn't going to happen and I'm a freaking moron for trying. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but there is no way I'm voting for him based on that.
Yes you did indeed read way too much into it. These were my two msgs.
The first:
"That is an interesting Idea. I wonder if the API deals with news articles. Have you tried going on the eUS forums for information regarding these sorts of things?'
The secon😛
"As varied and random as articles it would be hard to put em all together in a category. But then I may be a naysayer. People do lots with the API. And the sites that deal with battle damage and charts."
I said it would be hard to do, but in that perspective I may be pessimistic. This is in fact encouragement. I'm sorry I did not praise you unceasingly for your potential vote. Are you sure you want to categorize newspaper articles? Because you don't seem to be good at literary criticism so far in my experience.
So basically you're saying Sleeve is a traitor to the nation bc he won't help you out with your project? Assuming his messages that he posted are true (which I assume they are), all he said was that the project would be very difficult, and that he personally wouldn't want to help. Try not to draw conclusions about things next time 😛
I never called Sleeve a traitor.
Sleeve I accept your apology.
The bottom line is that a person who doesn't do something because it's 'hard' isn't a leader and shouldn't be in a leadership position. A person who is scared to accept a challenge (because they're a Naysayer) is the type of person that doesn't go anywhere.
If I misunderstood Sleeve and his aura of personality, then I am sorry.
Mr. Proctor,
I can certainly appreciate your frustration with the seeming lack of organization of the media.
