Hoy al entrar al juego me he encontrado toda la polémica por lo que pasó ayer cuando se intentaba ganar el aceite...para quienes no lo sepan, VaronAzul, exCubano, actuó en contra de las órdenes del gobierno, ayudando así a que el recurso no fuese conseguido.

Antes de que nadie diga nada, quiero decir que está claro que no fue la única causa. Otras personas también desoyeron las órdenes del gobierno, en concreto Third Person, miembro de la unidad militar en la cual soy comandante, con quien ya hemos hablado para que dicha circunstancia no se vuelva a repetir.

¿En qué se diferencia la actuación de VaronAzul a la de Third Person para que yo empiece este artículo mencionando al primero? Muy simple...Third Person luchó sin saber las órdenes, aún cuando se ha repetido cientos de veces que no se debe luchar sin saber qué está haciendo el gobierno, y eso es un gran fail. Sin embargo, VaronAzul sí sabía las órdenes, dado que estaba en el IRC. Miembros del gobierno solicitaron al jugador que luchase por ePortugal y éste, sin conformarse con su negativa a luchar por el país luso, ha luchado por eCuba, ayudando a que se acelerase la suma de puntos, dificultando la labor del gobierno.

What's the difference VaronAzul's and Third Person's acts that made me begin this article by mentioning the first one? Very simple... Third Person fought without knowing the orders, even though it has been repeated hundreds of times that you should not fight without knowing what the Government is doing, and that is a big fail. However, VaronAzul knew the orders, given that he was on IRC. Este individuo, que fue cubano pero ya no lo es, ha decidido sabotear los planes gubernamentales...durante todo el mes no ha ayudado a que consigamos nuestros objetivos, sino que se ha centrado en ver qué órdenes dábamos para luego filtrarlas...y cuando se le pide que ayude, hace lo contrario.

Así pues tenemos a un exCubano espiando, que no solamente no hace nada por ayudarnos, sino que nos perjudica. Sin embargo, esto no parece motivo suficiente para ciertas personas para prohibirle la entrada al canal. Personalmente nunca he defendido los baneos o kicks, ya que yo mismo sufrí tales actos y no se lo deseo a nadie...pero creo que una cosa es ser bueno, y otra ingenuo...Toda paciencia tiene un límite, y creo que ayer VaronAzul traspasó el mismo.

A esto se suma la polémica por el conflicto entre Merdo y NachoKiller, los baneos mutuos entre Nacho y Frida...en total ha sido un mes cargado de conflictos en el canal..y me hace reflexionar.

¿Quién tiene poderes en #eCuba? Prácticamente cualquiera que lo pide...hay miembros del gobierno con poderes, lo cual me parece correcto -siempre que se les quiten cuando dejen de formar parte del gobierno-, pero también hay personas que ya hace mucho tiempo que no están en el país y tienen poderes, como Porky -que conste que no tengo nada contra Porky pero me parece un ejemplo de alguien que no tiene por qué tener poderes-..Asímismo, hay también personas que por simples amiguismos tienen poderes, como la propia Frida, que por ser amiga del propietario del canal puede hacer lo que le plazca..

Who has powers in #eCuba? Virtually anyone who asks for it... There are members of the Government with powers, which I think is correct - if they they lose them when they are no longer part of the Government- but there are also people who haven't been cubans for a long time, as Porky - stating that I have nothing against Porky but it seems to me an example of someone who shouldn't have powers-... Likewise, there are also people who by simple cronyism have powers, as Frida, that because of her friendship with the owner of the channel can do whatever he pleases...


A la vez, personas que hemos estado coordinando no tiene poderes, cuando son quienes más los necesitan, al menos este mes.

Creo que es hora de replantearnos qué hacer con los poderes en el canal. No puede ser algo decidido arbitrariamente, debemos poner unas reglas, o del contrario la gente dejará de acudir. Hemos tenido que crear un nuevo canal para poder centrarnos en las órdenes militares, lo cual me parece otra muestra de que algo falla en #e.cuba.

I think that it is time to rethink what to do with the powers in the channel. It cannot be something decided arbitrarily, we should put some rules, or contrary people will no longer go to the channel. We have had to create a new channel to be able to focus on military orders, which I think is another sign that something goes wrong in #e.cuba.


Personalmente, considero que lo más justo es que cada partido tenga derecho a tener una persona con poderes en el canal, además del CP, vCP, MoFA, MoD y, en caso de estar con guerras activas, vMoD. Pero estos poderes no deben escapar del control ciudadano..cualquier persona que abuse de sus poderes debe poder ser cesado como controlador del canal.

Personally, I think that what's more fair is that each party is entitled to have a person with powers in the channel, in addition to the CP, vCP, mockery, MoD and in case of having wars, vMoD. But these powers mustn't escape control citizen... Anyone who abuse of their powers should be able to be ceased as a channel controller.


Debemos dejar de ser ingenuos..hay personas que quieren perjudicar al país, y no podemos dejar que entren libremente en nuestros canales de coordinación...Seamos claros, alguien que no hace nada malo no será baneado, pero no podemos dejar que quienes están atentando contra nuestros intereses queden impunes, ni que puedan seguir haciéndolo.

We must stop being naive... There are people who want to harm the country, and we can not allow them to enter freely to our channels of coordination... Let us be clear, someone who does nothing bad will not be banned, but we cannot let those who are attacking our interests to remain unpunished, and we can't let them to keep on doing it..



Es hora de que hagamos algo por cambiar esta situación si no queremos que el problema siga agrandándose. Los poderes del canal deben ser utilizados para moderar, y no como un arma política, y eso es algo que deben entender los miembros de ambas coaliciones.
