Shutting down house production

Well with wages so high and productivity bonuses so low. It has become to costly to produce q1 houses.

It is too hard to choose which factories I have workers working in. It is too hard to adjust the salary of many employees at once. Hiring employees is not worth the hassle for me anymore.

each day i will un tick which factories workers work in if i do not have enough saved work tickets. and slowly unwind how many houses i produce.

I do not know the impact it will have but oh well it will greatly simplify my life!

I will start buying food raws factories to wam in. this is super easy for me to to. all i need is enough cash to pay the taxes. and i can either wam in all my factories or i cannot wam in all of them if i keep them in the same region. no need to worry about wage markets. no need to worry about employees not working or working a bajillion times nor any worry about workers sending me pms for raises.

Prices will start normalising last week of November throughout December

The current spike is due to the expected extraordinary consumption of commodities throughout November due to several expected events - day 4000, game anniversary and black Friday

Prices haven't been "normal" in at least 6 months. Events will make it worse.

this is evidence that the economy works - as consumption increases, prices go up - standard market economy

We are all so used to fighting with q7 weps that we forgot what it is like to fight with q1 on a daily basis and only use q5 weps in the important fights 🙂

yeah it is frustrating that economics means that if i over produce house and out pace demand that i must sell for a loss to artificially increase demand!

But oh well i have priced myself out of the housing market. and probably will not return for a long while 🙁

maybe usa governmetn can get florida connected to a capital tor teturn all bonuses. but if i recall correctly russia has a much better congress and government that can get their bonuses easier. so maybe usa is finally out of the houseing market for good 🙁

Getting rid of the occupiers is the only long term solution. Trying any short term solutions like that are only a waste of resources.

You had you chance to relocate your companies elsewhere, don't complain now. The reality is that occupier is dictating your bonuses now.

The government keeps touting they have a plan! but for the past 6 months no progress has been made! like holy buckets when i create a plan i make some progress at least in 6 months. unless i really do not want to acomplish it.

so he only conclusion i have come to is that usa govenrment is a pto from romania and that your supporting romanian occupation by not voicing that you think romaina should be out.

oh and look semirocket your croatian! so makes sense you support foregin occupation of usa 🙂

Imagination and reality are two different things 🙂

I don't support it, but it doesn't matter what I think anyway 😉 The reality is that US and A's situation is very bad and is not that easy as you might think. The plan was good and it worked, but then third parties came and things got back to scratch. Not sure if you are aware, list of occupiers changed 😉

I would say it's the limited number of workers that has pushed the salaries to go up. CC is getting cheaper and cheaper against gold along with the wages going up.

House is quite good for me now. In general doesn't worth to deal with it but now it's quite good.

You should decide to produce or not houses (or anything else) on a daily base based on a profit calculation.
Currently houses are actually profitable but you need to have full bonus.
If your holdings are located in a place without full bonus typically you're losing money...

A week ago i was forced to to hire workers for over 800cc. i found a couple fixes. Don't tell jkeller[who is my RG boss] but i clipped a few dollars from the highest paid... i know 15 or 20 cc wouldn't make me quit, so...
As i have a good number of house companies in Washington and Florida, i only work from the holdings with the highest production, Go figure, but, Florida produces more than Washington in all but my Q4s... they have the same in both places but in Washington use less raw... whatever...
