Running for Party President of the Belgian Party

I herewith announce that I will run as Party President of the Belgian Party (BP). If I am elected, I will follow up ThomasRED and I will keep to work together with him as a team. His experience, long lasting commitment to the BP and support will be really important, but it will also give him the opportunity to continue to perform this job as Country President as good and independent as possible.

Some points I hold very high if I'm elected to lead the party:

The top priority are the Belgian regions that once belonged to eUNL (and still belong there in our hearts): Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. We need to protect the current eUNL regions against the Spanish and Polish invaders, and eventually get all our regions back.

Until then, we should pay a lot of attention to those regions. New Belgian players – who start in the Belgian regions – should be contacted, but also existing Belgian players who moved from the Belgian regions to all over the world, and ofcourse those who stayed behind in the Belgian regions. We should stay in touch, because sooner or later we will be reunited again into the one UNION we carry in our hearts!

Second, you have been able to read that I really believe that only united we stand strong. All parties need to work together. That's why I have proposed a government existing of all parties a while ago. That's why I – being BP member – gratefully accepted to be in the current government (see the forum: http://www.enetherlands.nl/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=7 - a coalition of I&W, GLD and LP) as independent Minister of Finances (and because I like Finances, ofcourse). Although BP will always be connected to the parties carrying similar political views, like LSD, I think this is the time to look forward all together. As Party President, I will carry this forward. I know that some members from different parties might have some hestitation with this at first, and I hope that they can see the advantages of working together.

Third big point is the dream that BP is not only a political party, but a society builder. I strongly encourage everybody to sign up for the forum on http://www.enetherlands.nl, and join the IRC (read how on the forum). Additionally, for the BP members, I strongly advise you to subscribe on the newspaper of the Belgian party and the newspaper of our current Country and Party President to stay updated on what is happening in and around the BP. Besides this, the BP can fullfill a big role in encouraging people to participate in the society, maybe even supporting or sponsoring private initiatives of all thinkable sorts to improve the society within eUNL.

I hope my philosphy above will make the eUNL grow. Additionally, I hope all eUNL citizens can see what the BP can mean for everybody in the eUNL. They even might wish to join the BP, in which I wish to welcome all – regardless of RL backgrounds, previous parties, etc.
