Dear eRepublik admins,

the article you just removed was not at all about flaming. It was about the respect that you don't pay us. You want us to obey the rules and communicate respectfully and patiently with your support staff, which is normal and no one should complain about it. But you should treat us with the same respect you ask from us.

We encounter bugs on a daily basis. We overlook most of them (mainly) because of two reasons:
1. most (if not all) games have bugs, so it's not unusual to find bugs here as well;
2. we are tired to be ignored by the eRepublik staff so we move on and hope someone else will write the ticket and maybe someone will fix the bug.

You ask us to be patient, to be understanding and considerate to everyone's needs and the overall development priorities. But you must also understand how all these bugs and bad communication interfere with everyone's activity in eRepublik.

This is more than a game. It's a business and I hope you will treat it adequately. If you take away all the players who don't pay, this would be a boring place and the paying players would leave. Then you have the people who only made a few transactions, such as myself. I don't know about the others, but I'm not inclined in making any other transactions because of the way you treat us, the players. Because of the way you keep ignoring us and our little needs, such as fixing some typos, give the rewards that people spent their time and resources for. And because for a normal article you blatantly insulted me like this:

I would've liked a reasonable explanation for that, not that I contaminate eRepublik with filth. It's not filth at all. Those are 3 tickets with proper language, that got no complains from the support person.

So for this, I give you 1 Forfeit Point.

Our articles here are at your mercy. I might as well be warned again, have my articles deleted, even silenced in the game, but keep in mind this is as far as you can get. Show us, show me, the same respect I offered you until this very moment, and it will all be fine. Because I can take my articles elsewhere, in the real world. I don't want it, but I can't stand being ridiculed, bullied and ignored for so long. You have plenty of my tickets to prove I'm a decent, patient and helpful guy. So don't take this as an ultimatum, nor as a threat. It's just the final option of one helpless (in eRepublik) player.

Here's what I suggest:
1. Make a good development plan, which includes fixing the current bugs;
2. Post your plan on indiegogo (or similar) so people can support you financially;
3. Hire good developers (or set the fund raise to a higher amount so you can hire great developers);
4. Complete the plan.

Here's what I expect:
1. An apology from the staff;
2. A decent closure of my tickets.
