Republic of Moldova: Are they Good or Bad?

So I've been wandering around the site searching up facts about countries, and when I looked up South Africa, France and Romania, they we're actually allies with the one country that we aren't allies with. And it's the Republic of Moldova.

Just point your cursor to Romania and France's alliences, and look for South Africa as an ally.

This has questioned somehow... Why would 3 of our allies friend the Moldovans?
Would the Moldovans try to friend our allies? And if there are any opinions why these three countries made an alliance with eMoldova, comment!!!

Do Americans like Moldova? Uh... I don't think so....
