Rental agreement between eUkraine and eRomania [confirmation July 2015]

The agreement between the eRomanian and eUkrainian Governments is going on for a few month now and it was confirmed by both governments on 10-th of July.
As a reminder, these are the main conditions of the agreement:

CONDITIONS

The two sides agree to the following:

1.Four regions of eUkraine will be rented by eRomania (Bassarabia, Bukovina, Podolia, Polisia).
2. eRomania will pay to eUkraine a rent at the end of the month, consisting in 40000 cc, which will be payed every third of the month, plus taxes, payed at the end of each week.
3.eUkraine will not open RWs in these regions and will not fight there if a third party opens it.
4. If at some point, determination reset is needed or eRomania loses a region, eUkraine will set NE on eRomania at eRomania’s request, in order to return these regions listed above to eRomania.
5. If Ukraine's NE is blocked on another country, when Romania loses a region or it needs reseting determination, Romania can NE Ukraine.
6. New government will meet on tenth each month to discuss any eventual interferences. This agreement will automatically prolonged for the next month if in the 10th of each month is not declared the changes of any party.

УМОВИ

Обидві сторони погоджуються на наступне:

1. Чотири регіони еУкраїни буде орендовано еРумунією (Бесарабія, Буковина, Поділля, Полісся).
2 еРумунія заплатить еУкраїні орендну плату в кінці місяця, яка складається з 40 000 сс, які будуть сплачені кожного третього числа, плюс податки, надіслані в кінці кожного тижня.
3. еУкраїна не відкриватиме РВ, в цих регіонах, та не воюватиме там, якщо третя сторона відкриє їх.
4. Якщо буде потрібне відновлення детермінації чи еРумунія втрачає регіон, еУкраїна встановить НЕ на еРумунію на прохання еРумунії, для того, щоб повернути ці регіони,
5. Якщо український НЕ активний на іншу країну, коли Румунія втрачає регіон або вона потребує відновити бонус детермінації, еРумунія може кинути НЕ еУкраїні.
6. Нові уряди зустрічатимуться 10го числа кожного місяця, щоб обговорити будь-які можливі деталі. Договір буде автоматично пролонговано на наступний місяць, якщо до 10го числа не було заявлено зміни будь-якою зі сторін.
