I would argue that Brunei is the smallest country on the continent of Asia and therefore the answer is Bandar Seri Begawan
Interesting deduction, but Borneo, albeit being a bigger island, is still considered an island.
If you disregard every island nation in Asia, then the answer would, officially be Jerusalem, though de-facto it'd be Ramallah.
