Proposal: House Tax Change

Good morning mates from eThai!
Today is a good day, and no I wont try to propose a rise in taxes 😛
After talking with some people in our country and looking better my previous proposal I came in conclusion that the previous one wouldn't work good and would take too much work to solve about the companies thing and so on.
I would like to thank everyone who openned my eyes about this.
So, after talking with Ealb yesterday, we arrived in a good tax idea, that could help our companies and also our citizens.
If the companies pay less taxes they can pay a better wage and decrease their prices, also they can still be gainning more than with the actual taxes anyway
So there's the plan.
3% VAT
3% Tax Income
15% Import Tax
With this, we'll be helping everyone, since companies and workers 'till our citizens who'll buy the houses.
Our actual taxes are:
20% VAT
20% Income
50% Import Tax
So this is a drop of 17% in VAT and Tax Income and 35% in Import Tax
Once again, thanks Ealb and everyone else who helped me to change my mind about this question and propose something better and that is going to work better.

Your proposal actually sounds pretty good.
Lorenzo should really replace Rockman as the TNT party leader. He is far more intelligent and mature than Rockman will ever be. Besides, Rockman has been leading the party to nowhere lately, so I'm sure most TNT members would be happier with you as their leader, Lorenzo!

Whoo is I has say look like good proposal.
One point worth mentioning is that the extremely low import tax is a non-issue. Current eThai Housing prices are quite low by international standards, so it's not like dropping the tariff is going to create any competition for our Q1 and Q2 companies. We currently have no Q3 or higher companies, so this creates an opening for foreign companies to try to bring these premium items to market... but given House prices and our Gold market, I'll be frank and say they do so at their own risk.
As an aside, it looks like Housing prices have hit a sweet spot from a consumer point of view. They had been progressively falling for the last couple of weeks with few sales occurring, but we suddenly have almost none left for sale on the market.

I'll be helping Lorenzo with ideas so as soon as possible we'll have more ideas to change eThai to a better country to live.
What a coincidence... Same day you propose decreasing House Taxes, Antonio Salgado opens a House Company.
But if he really wanted to help Antonio, he would have maxed the taxes out. Besides Antonio's stated purpose has been to supply housing for a lottery.

Yeah, coincidence... by the way I believe his company is older than my ideia proposal, please stop with your paranoia about everything I do man, yesterday I told people to PM me with ideas about a tax change so I'm posting about this today.

my companie is paying low salary for who have under 4 skill and 8thb for 4 skill. this is because i just want in the companie who wants to make houses. I will sell the houses the cheapest price i can.

I feel kinda sorry for the Venezuelan company that just threw away 20g for an export license to try to sell their Q2 Houses here for 1700 baht...
I am still mulling this proposal over before I vote. It might be too much out of the pockets of the workers in regards to income tax. Nice proposal Lorenzo and thanks for sharing your logic on it.
Guy, if you feel 3% Income Tax is still excessive, vote for this as a partial solution and worry about getting it that extra bit lower later. If you think 3 may be too much, then I'd think you'd feel the current 20 definitely is.

Untill now, I see 7 votes in "no".
7 votes of people who doesn't want to see a better country, 7 people who don't give a hell to eThai, or simple 7 people who is to lazy to read the proposal before voting.
7 people who didn't deserve the congress seat.
There's not a "No" just for my proposal, there's a "No" for the chance to make lower prices and better wages, a "No" to help our econommy to get better. A obscure NO, to our citizens who deserve a good price without all that high demanding taxes.

What's, if my slow brain thinks right, 3% tax on your salary. What is very low, but how when will the government get money to support the nation and the organization of the nation?
And 15% import? What will let foreign corporations to come, and make our Thai-corporations weaker. Or do i think right now?
High tax means Welfare for me, And this do not look like a high tax. And ain't it better to focus on the inflation?
At the moment our economy is weak and the gold is expensive a lot. We must at least for a while... drop some of the taxes.
And no, this will not allow foreign companies to come, they'll come just if they want to sell q3 or q4 houses, because q1 and q2 will become cheaper here.
