Finding myself outside of Congress looking in at such a crucial time in alliance building and world politics is going to be hard. But that's what you get for playing a bit lazy when pushing the "run for Congress" button.
Ah well... can't be too upset when you look at the people that did in fact get in. There are enough capable citizens in the group that there is no reason for Canada to have a dysfunctional legislative body two months in a row.
So time for me to shift focus a bit and go back to something else I loved doing in the past. Running polls, asking questions and tracking changes through time.

The last time I did this on a regular basis was almost two years ago. Now, as then, the key is always you the reader and whether or not you choose to participate.
The first poll will be completely open. All are welcome to express an opinion whether they are Canadian or not. It is really meant to set a benchmark and see where people's minds are right now when thinking of Canada.
I for one will be curious to see how the results shake out. Will this be a popularity contest? A lulz contest? Will respondents be more pragmatists? Fill out the form, it takes seconds, and find out.

As we get closer to the February 5th election day, I will run a second poll to narrow the field down to declared candidates, perhaps adding the most popular nominees from this survey cycle too.
Then after the elections I'll have a third article where we can look at how everything played out.

Sorry this won't work as the CPF sheep vote in polls they just vote logo's to decide our presidents.
Rylde, we aren't aren't moving forward as a community when comments like this are made. Let's break the cycle.
Loosen your sphincter its a well known fact that many CPF sheep vote for the logo. Therefore it stands to reason that this poll will in no way reflect the next CP election as a huge chunk of votes won't be represented here.
It's a google doc poll about a browser game, the results aren't statistically reliable. Do you really have to troll it without provocation as soon as ehumanly possible?
Why refer to other players as "sheep"? It's not necessary.

When CPF toe the party line and get their vote out, they are called two clicking zombie sheep, when other parties do it, it's considered loyalty and citizen activity, it's a double standard Cypher.

In other news, how does that explain September? The party was told to vote DMV and yet Lelouche still managed 80+ votes based on logo alone.
You can play the "active and involved membership" all you want, but the evidence shows otherwise.
Easy, Lelouch has a large loyal following. How else do you explain him collecting 29 votes in a CPF PP election where JonathonEdwards won the primary and was the "party candidate"?

As someone who is really only here for the laughs, I opt for randomly selecting some unknown lvl 18 player with no political activity, newspaper, and few friends (if any). There is your ideal candidate.
That said, I like the idea of SPoland/CANUS alliance.
