1. We, Congress Members have voted already long time ago to unban shadowukcs on the eBelgium forum, but because of the non-existence of the democracy principles, the segregation laws and the nepotism rulings on the Forum, he is still unbanned.

2. Lot of our members don't have Citizen's Rights on the Forum including some of our current Congress Members; as their Citizen's Rights were revoked in the fake Stalinistic Supreme Court procedure organized by NLSP and his adjutant MCKitKat.

First congress does not overrule admins. Also the bill states it very clearly that it is not binding. Please read carefully.

Except for the fact that Congress is in-game and the petty Forum is outside this game. Which automatically interprets; the decisions made by the Congress are binding and official and the decisions, rulings, acts, laws and other trivia made on the Forum are: ILLEGAL, ILLEGITIMATE AND NOT BINDING to anyone.

1. As said, admins act independently. Congress can't force the admins to do sth. And if you want to compare to ingame, there you get banned for multli accounts. See it as done on the forums too.

2. Only one citizen is forbidden to join the forums, and that is shadowukcs because of usage of multi-accounts. For the revoked accounts, they all had the chance to defend the ruling as we gave them enough time. No one wanted went to court so we made an immediate judgment.

That's the democracy your way; two persons deciding about revoking cs and Administrators being biased. eBelgium Forum = Zero.

What's the point about number 2 ? Once he'll be rehabilitated, he'll make everything to be on the edge and be just one little step too far over and over... then when comes the next sanction, he'll use it to criticize and play the victim, as usual. That's his way to play.

Everyone deserves second chance in his life or maybe not according to you?
Even people sentenced and imprisoned for serious crimes after serving their sentences get a new chance for fresh start. Just in eBelgium is not like that; when you are condemned, you are condemned eternally.

I'm in a game, not in real life. When you play Monopoly, do you also wonder if enjoying putting people to bankruptcy is a good thing ? Please stop with inadequate comparisons.

If I do remember well, Shadow already had a second chance a long time ago (but not sure).
And also, why don't you realize that his goal is merely to prove that the forum is a bad place ? So is it difficult to understand that being sanctioned is just the way he uses to criticize it (so he'll do it over and over) ?

Well as a side piece of information I allowed him to have a second chance actually (and paid a high price for it). And he also had several chances before that one. But that's the way he is : when he's allowed to be back on the forum, he can't help himself and annoyes people around. Leading him to be expelled from the forum.
