Concordo na parte em que não faz sentido saber-se os votos antes de finalizada a votação

Ele mostra os votos pois já teve muita denuncia de manipulação enquanto os votos eram fechados. Tirando alguns casos muito pontuais as mudanças não costumam ser grandes depois do período de recontagem.
