Me complace anunciar el lanzamiento oficial del plan de créditos dirigido a Ciudadanos y Organizaciones radicadas en territorio nacional.

A continuación se muestran los modelos de contratos para los 3 tipos de créditos previstos:

1) Contrato modelo para el pago de una licencia de exportación

The OR Banco Universal del Paraguay that is managed by Xelgand and the citizen agree:

1. Banco Universal del Paraguay donates to the amount of GOLD.

2. will use that amount exclusively in order to buy and export license to eParaguay in the company before 48 hours after the three accounts signing this contract.

3. will pay to Banco Universal del Paraguay an amount of GOLD once each seven days, starting the first payment in 7 days and ending in days from the signing of this contract by the three accounts.

4. will not be able to be sold while the payments have not finished, except in the case of something different being agreed by all the signers.

5. Effect of not satisfying conditions:

5.1 - If point 2 is not satisfied, will be transferred by admins from to Banco Universal del Paraguay.

5.2 - If one of the payments described in point 3 is not satisfied 10 days after it should be satisfied, will be transferred by admins from to the account suggested by Banco Universal del Paraguay to the admin.

5.3 - If point 4 is not satisfied it will imply a permanent ban of .

2) Contrato modelo para subir de calidad una empresa

The OR Banco Universal del Paraguay that is managed by Xelgand, the OR and the citizen agree:

1) Banco Universal del Paraguay donates to the amount of GOLD.

2) will use that amount exclusively in order to increase quality in the company (from to ) before 48 hours after the three accounts signing this contract.

3) will pay to Banco Universal del Paraguay an amount of GOLD once each seven days, starting the first payment in 7 days and ending in days from the signing of this contract by the three accounts.

4) will not be able to be sold while the payments have not finished, except in the case of something different being agreed by all the signers.

2. will use that amount exclusively in order to create a company in eParaguay before 48 hours after the two accounts signing this contract.

3. will pay to Banco Universal del Paraguay an amount of GOLD and PYG once each seven days, starting the first payment in 7 days and ending in days from the signing of this contract by the two accounts.

4. The company created will not be able to be sold while the payments have not finished, except in the case of something different being agreed by all the signers.

5. Effect of not satisfying conditions:

5.1 - If point 2 is not satisfiedit it will imply a permanent ban of .

5.2 - If one of the payments described in point 3 is not satisfied 10 days after it should be satisfied, the company created will be transferred by admins from to the account suggested by Banco Universal del Paraguay to the admin.
