My dear and not so citizens,

After many months, I think is time to analyze a country that has been fighting against TWO’s interest ever since the TWO vs CoT war started. This country has not only fought for enemy countries, but has also granted CS to many CoT communes so they can enjoy a full bonus status to make more supplies to fight vs TWO. This country has been an annoyance to the international relationships of TWO has been working really hard to block several counties from the TWO sphere of influence. I think that by now all of you know which country I’m talking about: eSpain.

I) ROLA issue

Lets go back in time before the TWO vs CoT war. eSpain started with eChile, ePeru, eParaguay and eBrazil a suballiance called ROLA. The TWO HQ did support this action because back then CoT and Brazil were not enemies of TWO.

When eUSA started the World War VI by proposing eSerbia as their NE, eSerbia proposed a MPP to eChile, this MPP was like saying “You may chose to support the friend that has been helping you for a long time or the ally that tanked against you even while in the CoT trial”, Calois, eChile’s MoFA told congress to vote NO to that law, this decision meant the end of the eChile-TWO relationships, and allowed eArgentina (and CUA) to start leaning to a pro-TWO stance and start a stable partnership with TWO.

During the war, CUA’s night damage helped TWO in many occasions, showing that CUA was in fact trying to have a good relationship with TWO, and as a matter of fact in a few months eArgentina had MPP with all TWO countries (except eSpain) and most ACT countries.

The war also affected ROLA, since the TWO-CoT relationships were now gone for good. TWO requested eSpain to leave ROLA, as all other ROLA countries were either CoT or pro-CoT, and not resigning MPP with those countries; however, the eSpanish mentality didn’t accept that the World War VI was a serious issue and during the first months of the conflict they said it wasn’t a TWO vs CoT war but a war vs just eUSA and eRussia. eSpain spent during this time a lot of resources helping the South American CoT countries securing their congress and to fight against Argentina. Allow me to include a funny fact, when eRoC declared eMexico as their NE, eMexico sent 30 minutes later a MPP proposal to eSpain, when the whole eWorld knew about this issue eSpain still could have vote down that law to support their eRoC allies, however, they decided to help eMexico.

About eArgentina, WE ALL KNOW THAT eARGENTINA IS NOT TWO, however, eChile, ePeru, eParaguay and e Mexico are CoT members, ergo ENEMIES, and eBrazil is a clearly pro-TWO country, as they set most of their prios helping countries like eCroatia, eAlbania, eItaly, eUSA and so on. We do not complain that you fight against Argentina, we are aware that you do not like them, however, what we complain about is that you fight for the enemy alliance.

Lets try to summarize it this way:
eArgentina helps TWO by draining CoT damage or directly helping TWO, if eSpain fights versus eArgentina, eSpain is helping CoT fight that damage drain, therefore, eSpain actually fights against TWO when they help these CoT countries.
I know it is obvious, but eSpanish logic has been failing for a long time.

II) The CS issues

I think is turn to talk about eSpanish international policy. While most CoT and pro-CoT countries were losing their bonuses, eSpain was granting CS to the CoT countries MU commune holders, mostly to eChileans, eBrazilians, eAmericans [Thanks to Siddy] and eBulgarians, so they could use eSpain’s 10/10 bonus to produce more supplies that were used to fight against TWO. This was also the reason why CoT didn’t want to attack eSpain.

III) The IMPERIUM alliance

Do you still remember the alliance project called The Imperium last summer?
Well, this alliance (CTRL 2.0) was an attempt to break TWO and bring more damage to the anti-TWO side. The members were eSpain, ePoland, eHungary, eBrazil, eCroatia, eAlbania and eBosnia [And later eUSA?], while ePoland and eHungary said no it, eSpain took that plan seriously and actually tried to work it out [Siddy inside?], but since neither ePoland nor eHungary wanted to leave their TWO allies eSpain decided to stay in TWO as well

IV) The eBrazil issue I

About 3 months ago eBrazil was invited by eSpain to become a TWO member [Really], it was obviously rejected by all other TWO members as eBrazil had fought vs TWO in most of their battles supporting countries like eAlbania, eBosnia, eCroatia, eUSA... and also fighting against ePoland, eSerbia , eHungary and eSlovenia in their RWs.

So, why did eSpain wanted to make eBrazil a CoT member?
By allowing eBrazil to join TWO they could have another shot at breaking the TWO-CUA relationships. Fortunately, the TWO HQ and the CPs were smart enough to not allow eBrazil join TWO, decision that eSpain didn’t really like.

V) The eSpain-eSlovenia issue

I think that by now is more than known that the relationships between eSpain and eSlovenia are almost dead. To analyze this we need to go back in time to July. When Akashapeke was elected as SG of TWO she chose Siddy has her deputy, this annoyed most CPs and fellow HQ members, as Siddy has openly admitted that he is anti-TWO and is his love to eUSA is well known by now, apart from that he had previously destroyed ONE to make his own alliance (CTRL). Since the only people that liked to have Siddy in the HQ were Akasahapeke and the eSpanish CP, eSlovenia proposed a new charter that included three new crucial laws, the first one didn’t allow any HQ member to chose a deputy from his own country (This law blocked Siddy from the HQ since no one except eSpain likes him), the second one didn’t allow any countries to sign MPPs with enemy countries at the risk of losing the veto privilege, so eSpain was not allowed to resign their many CoT MPPs and the third one is that a country can’t vote against his kick from the alliance.

This new charter started the friction between eSpain and eSlovenia relations, that in the long term resulted in the end of their mutual MPP and eSpain almost signing and MPP with eItaly and eSlovenia signing an MPP with ePortugal. About this matter I would like to comment a slight difference, ePortugal has been helping TWO many times (In fact during my 4 months as MoD I was asked by them several times, more than eSpain, if eBelarus needed help in any particular battle) while eItaly has openly admitted they are anti-TWO.

VI) eUkraine and ePortugal issues

Not so long ago eUkraine backstabbed eHungary, a die hard TWO country. Try to guess which country did Spain support? Yeah!, you right, eUkraine! After the eHungarian defeat vs eUkraine in the battle of Dnipro eSpain refused to resign the MPP with eHungary. Funny, isn’t it?

Now ePortugal’s turn. As I mentioned before, ePortugal was helping TWO for many months, and they even worked really hard on building a good relationship with eSpain (Although eSpain didn’t even bother to do so). Last month eSpain CP, Rolbap, decided that they were going to NE ePortugal, the reason why is an interesting story.

eSpain has been trying really hard to break the TWO-CUA relationships in order to benefit their ex-CoT friends and damage their TWO allies [again], s a NE to ePortugal could start the friction betwwen both alliances. eSpain launched this attack without a Casus Belli, first they said they wanted the Aluminium bonus (that they already had in Maine) and then they said it was because ePortugal broke the NAP (NAP that eSpain refused to sign)... so the only reason was, as I said, to break the TWO-CUA relationships. This NE in fact annoyed many countries in TWO for the same reason I mentioned before.

VII) The eBrazil issue II

eSpain has recently proposed eBrazil as NE “because they want bonus”, so eSpain attempted to attack Northwest of Brazil in an attempt to gain both get border with eArgentina and make a wall to protect eBrazil Congress. Another goal may be to NE eArgentina as a final shot to breaking the TWO-CUA relationships.

VIII) TL😃R

eSpain doesn’t give a damn about TWO status, they only want to break the TWO-CUA relationships at any cost. They are a burden in the alliance, as they rather help their friends in the rival alliance than actually helping TWO in their plans.
