One small step back for players……

One small step back for players, one giant leap back for the game. It’s time that Plato should think about a leap back in time to when this was really a strategy game.

I’m sure Plato and his crew is just as happy as they can be with the way things are, but what about the players? When I first join the game there were several nations near or over 20,000 in population. Today Serbia is number one with 6,712 citizens, I’ll make a rough guess after looking at the list of nation’s population and say there are 80,000 players.

From my experience working with groups of people there is a rule of 10 as in 10% they are the active, the doers. So how can it be that Plato would dumb the game down to the point where there is not much to do but two click, in turn driving down the population from 250,000+ (someone correct me on this figure if I’m wrong) and what truly was a game with multiple aspects to provide interest for many. It just amazes me how it has gone from a vibrant game to a near lifeless corpse. The friends I have made here are really the only thing that keeps me here, as it is so for many I suspect. Come on Plato take a leap backwards for us, please.
