Not for me
Springthief
I did it.
I made it into the senate.
Fark.
Okay, I got 5gold for it, but is it worth it? Yeah, it is. At the moment (did you see that, instead of typing ATM, I did it longform) I am a persona non grata, because I farked up (really badly), and if I could've resigned my senator-ship at the time, I would've, in a red hot minute. I'm the kind of person that takes every blow to the psyche personally, so, I realise that I'm not suited to the political side of this game.
Work and fight, work and fight. That's all I'm good for.
I hate me
Springthief.

Look, sh*t happens and happens to all of us. Don't take it to heart or personally, just pick yourself up and dust yourself down. If you have learned from it, which you clearly have, then you've gained experience and knowledge on these procedures and will stand you in good stead for future runs in senate.
Take a month of, get involved in a Government Ministry as a junior minister (more rewarding to be honest) and then run again for senate and you'll be even wiser for the experience.
If you need to chat you know my PM will always be open 😉
Dude, that kind of thing happens all the time, it's not something only you have done. I personally feel it was taken a little too far and brought up too much... it became about certain people vs us.
Take it on the chin, it's all good 🙂
free hug
😃
Springthief get back here or i'll come find u and force feed u gummy bears!
I really don't see how you f*cked up, as far as I'm concerned it has actually worked out in our favour.
Just follow what Hugh said and take a month and put your hand up for a lower cabinet role and see some inner workings.
I read ''...put your hand up...'' and i was disappointed in where you went with the rest of the sentence 🙁
Well it is always good to start lower ranked under a good minister as to learn correctly
???
Whatever did you do that was so bad?
I don't think you did anything awful at all.
I cant seem to remember any kind of fuck up by you... so it cant have been too bad 😛
But seriously, the past is the past. Look at a mistake and make a lesson from it. Then move on 😉
Please explain???
I am very lost
It was a lesson in the operations of eAustralian immigration processes. He messed up and let in a person who wasn't approved by our Minister of Immigration. I did it in my first term as a senator, it happens. Things were a bit more dangerous when I did it and luckily we weren't pto'd at that time but we sure could have been.
