NEBULA is proud to welcome the Czech Republic into our alliance. The Czech Republic's history of working with NEBULA members in LETO made them an obvious choice for this alliance. In time, I think we will find it will benefit both the Czech Republic and NEBULA as a whole. Welcome again CZ!
Speaking of new members, several countries are being assessed to join NEBULA as well. Potential new members must meet the approval of all NEBULA members. Potential members must also meet certain checks with Asteria and Pacifica. These checks are to ensure that a potential member will be able to properly contribute with our alliance and not conflicting with our pro-Asteria stance.
One of our members Montenegro participated in a training war with the UK this week. Montenegro was paid by the UK to airstrike South East of England. To conserve money and resources, NEBULA provided little support in the training war as it is only for training. The UK won the training war 97 to 0. It is worth mentioning that the UK put up several COs up and has a significant MPP stack. All the same, congratulations UK and we hope to see more friendly competition like this in the future. Unfortunately, by launching the strike Montenegro lost its MPP with Serbia due to the friend of a friend clause of MPPs. This is a heavy loss for Montenegro having only four MPPs at the time. Luckily, we will overcome and Montenegro always has its friends in NEBULA.
NEBULA will be voting for a new headquarters this next week before the CP elections.
A public IRC was created recently for friends of NEBULA. It is aptly named #nebula.friends . Feel free to stop by and say hello. I can assure you that we do not bite and those that do have been given their shots.

That was NOT a training war. The eUK never consented to the action. The fact that NEBULA claims it was a training war between the eUK and eMontenegro is hilarious. Nobody high up in the eUK government received any message from eMontenegro saying that they would be having a training war and the eUK government says they did not give any money for eMontenegro to airstrike into the eUK.
The correct way to describe what happened would be: eMontenegro acted on their own accord and attempted to airstrike the eUK. They wasted their own money and they were absolutely wrecked in an embarrassing manner for all to see.

lancer450 the CP either is lying or the person who paid the money didn't tell him.. Because NEBULA was told it was not a serious push and that it was just for fun and didn't matter if we won or not. So we didn't do a serious push there and we didn't spend COs there, waste of money..

@Infowar That isn't evidence that the eUK actually paid for anything. Where is a screenshot with a government official of the eUK talking about a deal and saying directly that they paid for it? Here in this very article, the vCP of the eUK again supported what I said in saying that they didn't pay you guys any money at all to do the AS.
I was in the last Congress, the current Congress and one of the "elite PMs". This is the first time I've heard it being called a TW...

If that was a serious attack NEBULA wouldn't have approved it.. And I just confirmed, that yes UK paid for it..
I've yet to see proof of UK paying for it, everyone I spoke to denied it lol
@Infowar - NEBULA SoFA MdR says it was, indeed, NOT approved by NEBULA but that it was a rogue action taken by eMontenegro.
The eUK didn't pay one cent according to their government - and I would believe them over the word of a country that just got thoroughly embarrassed for failing to do what they set out to accomplish.
That would be totally illogical for the eUK to do so anyways.

UK paid for it. Someone is lying in your government.. Wny do you think we didn't spend any money there.. And it would be a suicide mission... UK is MPPing with Asteria countries now too.. It's totally illogical for us to attack UK... And it be a total waste of resources...
And that comment that M de Ruyter made.. NEBULA didn't know about it until after the AS button was pushed... So, that's why mdr made that comment...
He said before that comment that it was a TW. And sure if someone is lying inside our government, but why would the UK lie about it xd
Where is the proof that the eUK paid for it? I have the exact words of several eUK leaders denying that - saying it is totally untrue.
What would motivate the eUK to say that they didn't pay for the AS and that they didn't approve of the AS in the first place? They WON the campaign after all...
eMontenegro DOES have a motivation in this - to pretend that they have arranged such a TW to save face by explaining why they got their butts kicked instead of being honest and admitting they tried their best and still got destroyed. 😛

the eUK government never explained that we wanted a TW with eMontenegro, even no articles in eUK's media stated that eUK wanted a TW... I believe it was eMontenegro's intention in the first place.
