Advice:

Activity isn't required, but look active. Any guy that looks good will be fine in this day and age. Not physically, of course. *holds back upchuck* Just post articles showing what you're doing, and you'll be fine.

Oinyo's right. Don't make stupid promises you can't keep. Instead, promise things you can control, and you damn well better do it. I will whip you if you don't.

Stay true to your allies. What's fun in life alone? ...well, what of actual purpose? Exactly, nothing. Pulling your allies along with you will take longer and may cost a few beats of the heart from your lifespan, but it's worth it. Lands and bonuses come and go, but a true friend is there for life. Til we get bribed 50k.

Communicate. Wars are won through strong bureaucracy and structure. And even if you fail, no one can question that you were doing all that you could. And make sure your cabinet is in the know. You have full authority, unless you get congress, and until we get it, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Surround yourself with smart people (cough cough) and make sure they know what you're doing, and you know what they're doing. The group can be stronger than the sum of its parts, but only if you work for that.

Be honest. We will hate you if you mess up, but we'll hate you more if you mess up and try to pass it off. Well, we'll hate you regardless, but oh well, I think you're used to it.

And make sure you don't ignore people. It's an easy thing to do, and a bad habit. PM comes from random nation? Reply, just for the heck of it. If nothing comes of it, oh well. But hey, maybe you'll meet a friend, and he may come in handy someday (well, in my case, she, since apparently I know every girl in power). It's much easier to work with a friend you know than a new face you're supposed to trust but have no reason to other than the flag they wave.

Also, make sure your MoFA checks all your decisions and inform him on all the meetings. He's more experienced, more dedicated, and better with the ladies than you, so accept it, learn from him, and don't be stupid. Don't assume he doesn't have random contacts with just about every country in the game (dammit, he has two contacts in damn Denmark).

And finally, don't give me too much work. I have schoolies 🙁
